Nous avons séjourné du 11 au 16 août à 4 (2 adultes, 2 enfants). L'appartement n'est pas tout récent mais propre et fidèle à l'annonce.Points forts :Cuisine très bien équipée : petite mais complète (four, grand frigo, ustensiles…). Prêt de matériel de plage très appréciable !Vue et confort : superbe vue depuis le balcon pour les repas. Ventilateurs de plafond sur pied utiles pendant la canicule.Emplacement : calme, à 350 m du centre et 500 m de la plage de La Favière (montée raide au retour). Place de parking réservée (serrée).Accueil : propriétaire réactif, accueil chaleureux de sa gestionnaire et petite attention sympa (rosé au frais).Axes d'amélioration :Matériel de ménage : balai Vileda avec serpillière très sale et sans seau qui va avec, sans recharge de nouvelles mops. Des serpillières sont fournies mais sans balai adapté (juste un balai classique), rendant le lavage du sol compliqué malgré l'aspirateur.Hygiène : prévoir des éponges neuves à chaque séjour (cuisine, SDB, WC) et laisser le lave-linge ouvert pour éviter les odeurs.Étendoirs : les 2 petits étendoirs sont justes pour 4 (interdit de suspendre aux barrières).En résumé : un logement simple et fonctionnel où l'essentiel est présent pour de bonnes vacances !
