Welcome to your perfect desert getaway. This PGA West single story condo is located between the 2nd and 3rd hole of the Arnold Palmer Private Golf Course. Enjoy resort lifestyle living and take in the beautiful views from the patio, overlooking the golf course and panoramic westerly views of the gorgeous Santa Rosa Mountains. The open floor plan features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, high ceilings in the spacious great room, a cozy fireplace and open formal dining area that comfortably seats six. The great room (living room) offers a large, 55- inch flat screen television and plenty of seating. The fully stocked kitchen offers recently upgraded stainless steel appliances and direct access to your own private courtyard which features a gas BBQ grill. The master suite offers a king bed and spacious attached private bath with a double vanity, soaking tub and rear patio access. The 2nd suite offers a queen bed and direct access to a bathroom.

Try your hand at one of the six world class golf courses within the community (three public and three private courses) or enjoy your days at one of the numerous pools and spas the community has to offer just steps away from your front door. While relaxing on the back patio let the nearby Santa Rosa Mountains mesmerize you with their beauty, especially at night when they are bathed with flood lights. This is the perfect spot to enjoy all of the activities and attractions this area has to offer! Located within walking distance to the CareerBuilder Challenge in January and only a few miles from the Thermal horse shows in February, Tennis at Indian Wells in March, the Coachella and Stage Coach music festivals in April.

Beautiful stay in PGAWest

The condo has gorgeous views and was very nicely equipped. The owners were lovely to work with! Also, loved being so close to the pool and hot tub!!

The place was very clean and quiet. The location was good, especially if you like to be right on a golf course. Close to the pool. Nice kitchen, had pretty much everything we needed. Hosts were excellent, very responsive. We had no complaints and would love to stay there again.

This condo was the perfect place to stay while visiting Southern California for hiking and mountain biking. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furnishings were all that we needed. Easy check in and check out. Very nice folks at the entry gate, as well. Overall, a great stop on our Christmas road trip!

Break from winter

Property was exactly as presented on VRBO. Host was top notch at communicating with us and making sure any problems or questions we had were quickly addressed. Furnishings were neat and clean without a lot of clutter that you get with some rentals. Outside spaces had great views and comfortable seating areas.

Winter get away

A nice unit in a lovely and quiet area with fantastic views off the patio of the mountains and fairway. The host was very easy to contact and responded quickly. The unit is comfortable with lots of storage and the kitchen is well equipped. We only had 3 people at a time but could easily have accommodated a 4th. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again.

November 2019 Stay

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom property. While initially there were a few minor issues the owner, Chris, was very accessible and accommodating and those issues were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. Appliances were all first class including the barbecue which was new. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay here

Amazing setting for a lovely stay!

We stayed Jan and Feb in this property and had a lovely time. The condo was very clean and well provisioned with lots of items to make our stay more comfortable. The view is just magnificent!The owners were so nice and responded immediately to all our communications. One day a dryer knob broke and they had a new one delivered by noon the next day!An added bonus is that you are just steps from the pool There is one house between you and the pool so you're not right on top of it, but there were never more than a few people in the pool and noise was not a problem.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in sunny La Quinta after many winters in dreary Seattle. Thank you for a great setting for a great time.

Great stay!

We stayed for 3 weeks in June and it was great. The condo has everything you need. It’s very clean, hosts were readily available to answer questions, and the unit is only one away from a pool. I would recommend this condo and would definitely stay again!

Delightful one-level condo with prime golf course location with awesome mountain view too. Cart path is not close to the patio. The pool is just steps away. Well equipped kitchen with gas BBQ on the rear courtyard. Comfortable beds. PGA West is a great community

Amazing stay!

I stayed at this property for 3 months and loved it!! The house is clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything works perfectly (A/C, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen Appliances) and I felt totally comfortable being there by myself. I would recommend this property to anyone, but especially those looking for a longer term stay.

Beautiful location and great house

This was the perfect La Quinta spot for our family. Beautiful views of the mountains and very close to the pool. The house had everything we needed. The owners were so kind, easy to work with and fast communicators. The check-in and out process were both speedy! Loved this spot.
