About this property

Casa 67 Seaview Studio with Terrace & Jacuzzi in Manarola

The studio is an elegant and soothing combination of both Italian charm and modern design with all the amenities. It's a place for travelers to reset, relax, and create new memories!

The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has a dish washer and a washing machine. Our guests will have access to a brand new jacuzzi inside the apartment as well as an aroma therapy shower, a beautiful fireplace and a connectable music system. They will also have access to a sea view terrace.

** The studio is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to everything in Manarola - restaurants, cafes, hiking trails, seaside, shops and more. However, we always want our guests to understand that the studio is toward the top of Manarola so it requires walking up a steep mountainside hill. It also requires walking up a staircase that leads to the third floor. There are many stairs so we ask guests to please consider these aspects in regard to physical capabilities and luggage. There is a luggage service available which we can call to reserve if you would like some help. The price of the luggage delivery is not included in the booking. **

ABOUT US:

My name is Davide Scorza. I was born and raised in Manarola and lived here my whole life. My parents created the restaurant Il Porticciolo located on the main street of Manarola in 1972. Now I am the owner of that same restaurant and we have expanded by opening a wine and food bar that offers premiere wine tastings. In addition to the restaurant business, I worked in my family's bed and breakfast business. I recently decided to open my own rooms for rent because I truly enjoy sharing my culture and home with tourists from all corners of the world. I love to travel! I've visited South America, EU countries, USA, Mexico. I speak fluent Italian, English, some Spanish, and a few words in French! I live on the floor below the apartment for rent with my girlfriend Erica. Erica is American and was born in the state of Florida. We met almost five years ago and now she teaches English in La Spezia. She speaks some Italian and fluent English so if you ever have questions please feel free to knock on the door or come visit us in the restaurant! We can't wait for you to check out the beautiful village of Manarola and it's unique culture!

Honeymoon Trip

Cinque Terre was incredible, one of the most unique places I’ve ever visited. The property was in a wonderful setting overlooking the sea, Erica and Davide were great hosts, answered any questions and had some great local recommendations. I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Manarola.

We lived Cinque Terra and Manarola along with this darling place was a perfect location to experience this beautiful area. The view from our room was amazing and it’s just like the photos show. We loved this place and the area.

Highly recommend, great location and beautiful town!

Studio suite was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and loved having our lunch and late dinners on the patio. One small suggestion is to have an espresso maker available.

This property was everything as advertised! We had the best stay. And if you are not familiar with Cinque Terre you will appreciate soaking in the luxurious hot tub at the end of every day. We hiked a lot and ended every day soaking. Carina met us when we arrived and assisted with our luggage. She was amazing. The space was as comfortable as could be and the views/balcony were spectacular! We highly recommend this space and will definitely be back for another visit. Just perfection. Thank you Davide and Erica! We are so grateful for such amazing memories!

Cinque Terre Stay in Manarola

Amazing accommodation and trust me when I say, “It won’t disappoint”! The location was perfect and the room is exactly as shown but more spacious than expected … not to mention the view is incredible!!! We highly recommend this place and will definitely book again on our next visit. Be sure to make reservations at the host’s restaurant in Manarola! Delicious and the ambiance was spectacular! 3 amazing nights at cinque terre

The studio exceeded our expectations. All the modern conveniences tucked away in such a historic and beautiful place. The room was clean and comfortable with a jacuzzi and incredible shower which was needed each day after exploring all cinque terre has to offer.

Beyond expectations!

Every detail in this studio was well done! It was better than described which is rare! I highly recommend staying here solo or as a couple. I hope to someday visit off season - I suspect it is amazing in October.

great space for relaxing; views of Manarola

hosts were very responsive, communicative, and respectful. nice and relaxing space with a great view. The apartment is relatively close to the city entrance if you are driving into manarola. As long as you are comfortable with the steps to and from the main city street and the water, I would recommend this vrbo! I would also recommend trattoria dal Billy’s, which is a few steps from this spot and has great food.

Room with a VIEW

We stayed June 27-July 2, 2025. The apartment is stunning, as is the view. Erica and Davide were excellent hosts! They left a binder with multiple suggestions for things to do in Manarola and other parts of the area. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and thought they were great. It was very helpful to have the washing machine in the room. They provided bathrobes, slippers, beach towels and a good hairdryer. The AC works really well. We would absolutely stay with Erica and Davide again if possible. One suggestion - pack LIGHT or look into a luggage transport service. The hill from the train station to the apartment is killer if you have a large suitcase, which we did because we had our daughter’s wedding in Tuscany right before our time in Cinque Terre.

What a beautiful area! The room itself was splendid, with a fantastic view and a small outdoor deck area, however they really spent up for a shower that was world-class, at the expense of the rest of the bathroom, which was tiny. Basic amenities were a bit lacking - for instance, no paper towels or dish cloth to wash dishes. Overall, an excellent place to spend 3 days. There was some noise from neighbors, but I think that is to be expected in a very old Italian building. Be prepared to walk up and down hill - you will have no choice here! But it's not too bad if you're in halfway decent shape.

A perfect place to stay

We could not recommend staying at Erica and Davide’s property more highly. Truly delightful. Great instructions in the room and met us at the tunnel coming out of the train station and showed us to the place. The views from the room were incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this small but thoughtfully appointed apartment in Manarola. Yes, the flights of stairs after ascending the hill from the train tunnel were a challenge, but the view from the balcony was worth it!

Unique gem in Cinque Terre!

This room was the ultimate in luxury and relaxation! My husband and I stayed for two nights. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! The room was super clean and the owners Erica and Davide have thought of everything right down to the last detail including comfy spa robes and slippers. So much care and attention has gone into making sure you have the best stay. I really cannot say enough good things about this suite. Book if you have the chance, you won’t regret it!

The studio was exactly as shown in the pictures. Great style with all the updates. Don’t let the fact that there is no living room space deter you; the living room space is outside on the terrace. They are not kidding this is towards the top of Manarola but it’s worth it. You don’t go to a hill town without expecting to ever go up and then back down. This is not a flaw, it gets you an amazing view. We were met at the train station, shown the way while sharing tons of information about Manarola along the way. They have prepared a book of great information of things to do, places to eat and how to run all appliances. I’d stay here in a heartbeat. They are wonderful hosts!
