Had a little trouble entering the apartment but the host was able to let us in quickly after connecting with her. Apartment was clean and spacious and so close to the train station. Host also met us keep our bags in the apartment for a few hours after check out too. Great place and host!

We loved the location, close to train station with a short walk to the middle of town. Although located in a busy neighborhood, never heard a peep from the outside. For a family of four, it was perfect. The air conditioning was great and we explored Bologna and Emilia-Romagna from this "base camp". Host was very responsive, check in and checkout were easy. Close to Train Station

Very clean apartment close to the train station. Just a 15 minute walk to the main square and market area. Easy access on the main floor. Communication is a little difficult as we didn’t speak Italian but it all worked out. We took a day trip to Modena on the train which was easy from here. We would stay here again.

Bologna stay

We struggled finding the apartment. I wish that there would have been detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment. Especially for people that are from another country and may not have phone service. It was also hard because there was only one way to get into the property by calling the host. We had to ask a stranger to make the call for us. We tried to message the host to make other arrangements to get in with no response. Communication was zero, no checking in with how our stay was going or if we had any questions. We stayed somewhere else on our way back from our cruise. Another apartment in Bologna and the host made every effort to see that our stay was enjoyable.

The property was very clean, affordable and within walking distance of the train and central Bologna. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The Host was easy to dealWith and the communication was fantastic. The unit has two bedrooms with two beds in each room. 1 two sized bed and one Full sized bed in each room so it sleeps about 6 people and also has 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer in unit. It is also located on the first floor when you walk into thr building which was great with moving luggage around. I highly recommend this place of staying in Bologna or moving onto Ravenna for a cruise as we did. Thank you!!

Facile d’accès, près de la gare, aux portes de la ville médiévale de Bologne, permettant des visite sans avoir à prendre de transport, édifice sécurisé, l’appartement de Nicolletta est super fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé, très très bien climatisé. On entend un peu les gens entrer dans l’immeuble puisque le logis est situé au réz de chaussé, mais ce n’est pas incommodant, Nicolletta donnes des conseils très apprécié sur les endroit à voir, ou manger, etc. Je recommande totalement!

Tolle Wohnung um Bologna zu entdecken!

Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und ideal gelegen, wenn man mit dem Zug ankommt um Bologna zu besuchen. Die Gegend am Bahnhof ist eher einfach aber nicht unsympathisch. Uns hat der Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank für Alles.
