The location of this apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the marina with only a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The 3 bedroom duplex apartment is on the 1st floor of the Marina Parque. The apartment has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard and is ultra modern and stylish. The American kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy. The lounge has plenty of seating with 2 comfortable large settees while in the dining area there is seating for 8 people.There is a balcony off the lounge with patio table and chairs with marina side view.

All the apartment has double glazed window and the three bedrooms are with garden view and the guests can relax and enjoy the holiday with no noise. At the marina, which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide. The communal pool is few minutes walking from the apartment.

Fab Location & Apartment

Lovely property right on the marina, amazing location for a weekend with the ‘girls’ (well ladies!) very clean and spacious and cannot fault clever details service. First class apartment and rental company, highly recommended both. The pool is not next to property, it’s a couple of mins walk ….. it did feel very tired and no sun beds etc. This didn’t bother us as we happily went to the beach but it may bother ‘pool people’. Would definitely return!
