Small building, very quiet. The apartment is a bright fully furnished studio apartment with a PRIVATE GARDEN.
There is 1 parking space always available (€ 19,00/stay).
It is an excellent solution for anyone who wants to stop in Bologna to visit it and for business travelers. It is close to the AIRPORT, the TRAIN STATION, public transport stops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers and business travelers.

The apartment has 2 sofa beds: 1 double 140 cm wide (double bed) and 1 single 80 cm (standard); wardrobe; a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking: 2 burners, dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses. At guests' disposal: oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle, blender, toaster and large table with 4 chairs.
Inside the bathroom, equipped with shower / tub, there is the washing machine.
A 32"TV with HDMI cable is available for guests to connect with a laptop;
- wireless internet connection (FIBER OPTIC);
- streaming Apps (Amazon Fire stick).

The entire apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning system.
A small exclusive garden equipped with umbrella, table, 2 deck chairs, 2 chairs and 1 chair / hammock is always available to guests.

Guests will have at their disposal 1 parking space inside the condominium courtyard which can only be accessed through an automatic gate (the remote control to open it will be provided together with the apartment keys).

Il Giardinetto is in an excellent position to reach:
- City Center of Bologna ("Bologna Centrale" and "Bologna Centrale High Speed" railway station)
- Bologna FAIR
- FICO (Italian Peasant Factory) and to reach, in just 10 minutes,
- the hill where the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of San Luca is located (which you can visit) and you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Bologna [reachable in about 10 minutes] (*** for information regarding the time of the Masses consult the book available at the apartment).
- Maggiore Hospital "Carlo Alberto Pizzardi" in Bologna

The apartment, both for those arriving by plane (G. Marconi airport in Bologna is about 3.5 km away), and for those arriving by car, is in an excellent position to reach the center of Bologna and via the bus, both by train.
All this also applies to those who reach Bologna by train and who prefer a quiet place well connected by public transport to reach the city center in a few minutes.
In fact, both for those who need to take a train once they have stayed in my apartment or those arriving by train in Bologna, the Bologna Centrale station is connected with that of Bologna Borgo Panigale, only 1 km away from my apartment: trains run frequently and take on average ONLY 5 min!

The position of Il Giardinetto is also strategic to reach the headquarters of important companies, located in the so called "Motor Valley", and to visit the respective Museums, such as Ducati, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Pagani and Maserati.
