Villa Armonia is a rustic-style villa located in a quiet area of Jávea, where its typical glazed "naya" stands out, offering beautiful views of the outside and pool, ideal for any time of the year.



This villa has all its rooms on the ground floor, we enter through the "naya"-glazed terrace where the dining-living room and access to a bedroom are located.

As we enter the hall of the house we access the other 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, the rustic style kitchen with its large storage room and access to the outside. The staircase is to go up to the cozy loft, prepared as a reading or rest room, with beautiful views of the mountain.



The exterior offers a large mediterranean garden plot, a large private pool with a terrace around it and a cozy barbecue area prepared for having beautiful lunches and dinners enjoying the outdoors. Also in this area is the 2nd bathroom with a shower that also has hot water.



Parking inside the plot, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.



Just 5 km away is the best-known sandy beach, El Arenal de Jávea and its promenade with its bars, terraces, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. But the location of the house allows you to take beautiful outdoor walks in the surrounding area or for golf lovers, just 1 km away is the Jávea Golf Club.

Amazing Villa, would recommend!

We had an amazing stay here. The Villa was spotless and had everything you could need. The outside space was amazing, we ate all meals outside and used the BBQ most evenings. The pool was AMAZING very large and maintained by the pool man every other day. The location was great, the lanes up to the Villa could be a little hairy if another car was coming but it was worth it for the location and privacy. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again.

A supurb property in a quiet area within minutes of the town

We were looking to spend quiet days in a relaxing environment with a pool to suit all ages. This villa was perfect for us - no immediate neighbours fully enclosed private property with easy access to supermarkets, beach and restarants all within minutes by car. Only dowside was the pool not being heated and so the first dip of the day was always one of trepidation! That small issue aside, there no faults to be had, everything was as described and the key handovers were easy both on arrival and departure. It made our week everything we could have asked for.

Disappointed

The photos advertised do not reflect the condition of the villa. It is very very tired and needs a major refurbishment especially the kitchen. The crockery and cutlery are really old and need replacing there are no cupboards it’s all behind curtains underneath which was very dark so you cannot see what’s there. Bedrooms ok very sparse and basic furniture. There were termites in the roof in the utility room and in the door frame of the kitchen which we could hear very clearly. The pool was great and the outside space and we like the peace and quiet also the location, however, they need a gardener as the trees, the hedges and the area surrounding the pool and the drive in had weeds everywhere. There were no English channels on the TV I emailed them and they came out said it was done but we still couldn’t find any. Such a shame it could be so lovely it needs a lot work and at the price I paid I am not happy.

Fantastic Villa

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious villa. The pool was a great size and kept the kids entertained. The Villa is very secluded and away from everything but only a five minute drive from the beaches and supermarkets. The BBQ area outdoors was also brilliant and we had a clear view of the pool from inside the house. One thing that could have been better was the appliances and general kitchen equipment. Everything felt a little cheap and worn. Some of the knives and utensils were broken for example. This was a huge contrast to the quality of the rest of the Villa which was incredible. It would also have been good to have had a physical welcome pack with a little more information about the area. Both very minor things but would have made a big difference. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone who is bringing a car with them. BTB were brilliant to deal with and helpful at every stage. Just wish we were still there!

Schöner Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienvilla.Kleine Bereiche sind vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insgesamt hat alles aber seinen Charme.Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut, die Lage ist Ruhig. Es ist alles Vorhanden, was man benötigt, der Pool ist schön groß.

Wunderschön!

Der Aufenthalt in der Finca war sehr schön, ein wirklich sehr großer Pool. Genug Platz um draußen zu sitzen oder sogar Fußball zu spielen. Innen sehr schön mediterran eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr leicht und schnell. Die Finca ist sehr gut gelegen.

Mitten in der Natur

Wir hatten eine wunderbar Woche, mitten in der Natur, was Mitte April wunderschöne Spaziergänge in der Umgebung ermöglicht hatte. Es war leider etwas zu kalt um den schönen Pool zu nutzen, aber das Anwesen was sehr gepflegt und angenehm, das Haus ist ebenfalls funktionell eingerichtet. Grill und Esstisch draussen laden dazu ein viel draussen zu sein und dort auch zu kochen. In der Näge gibt es ausserdem eine Reihe nette Restaurants und wir haben es genossen mal eine andere Seite Jáveas kennen zu lernen.

Les points forts de cette villa est la piscine (super agréable et chaude) et le positionnement. Par contre l'aménagement est rudimentaire (peu de vaisselle, le lave vaisselle est dans la buanderie : pas pratique) la literie est propre mais les matelas ne sont pas top, le pool house n'est pas aménagé à part un barbecue,les portes des placards sont défoncées et par ailleurs ils sont vides à part des poubelles trouvées avec à l'intérieur une lunette de wc on pourrait faire beaucoup mieux avec un investissement raisonnable. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon. C'est trop cher pour les prestations proposées. On a l'impression que la maison n'est jamais occupée ! C,est fort dommage car l'emplacement est très bien, au calme avec le bruit des cigales et la piscine est vraiment super. A revoir

La villa tal y como aparece en las fotos. Interior en perfecto estado. Una pena que no hubiera césped al rededor de la piscina A la Villa le falta césped al rededor de la piscina y cambiar los pinos por otros árboles. Las chicharras son muy molestas y sueltan mucha porquería.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Armonia, the villa is lovely and set in peaceful surroundings but just a short drive to either the Port or Arenal beach, all amenities therefore are close by. The BTB agency were extremely responsive and sorted out a few small problems that we experienced very quickly. All in all a lovely holiday experience! The fridge freezer is looking rather tired and in need of replacing, two door storage trays are missing and the lower salad tray nearly broken, this did cause some frustration. Some of the small appliances are really just too cheap, the coffee perculator, even though you replaced with another new one, just did not work properly. I would also suggest that the owner takes a look at renewing glasses and in general small kitchen utensils as the quality was not great!

Vacaciones en armonía

Lo que más nos gustó es la localización de la casa, está a las afueras y si quieres descansar es una maravilla, duermes genial por las noches, hace fresco y por el día perfecto para disfrutar en la piscina ya que el sol está todo el día apuntando. Todo en una misma planta, zona de barbacoa perfecta, en general una maravilla de casa para disfrutar en familia y con amigos. Hemos tenido un visitante en la casa durante toda la semana, un gato de los vecinos que es un amor a quien le guste los animales, por las noches se colaba por la única ventana que no tenía mosquitera y dormía contigo en la cama, le echábamos y volvía asique optamos por no subir la ventana Hay poco menaje, está muy gastado todo, cuchillos,sartenes, el tenderete está roto etc... Pero no es nada que no tenga solución
