Die Wohnung war eine von vier Wohnungen in derselben Anlage, die nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Fährterminal in Punta Sabbioni entfernt lag, von wo aus tagsüber alle 15 Minuten Verbindungen zum Markusplatz und alle halbe Stunde Verbindungen nach Burano angeboten werden.Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet und verfügte über einen umzäunten Bereich sowohl auf der Vorder- als auch auf der Rückseite, was sie ideal für Reisen mit einem Hund machte, wie es bei uns der Fall war. Alle Fenster in der Wohnung hatten Fliegengitter, die im Sommer aufgrund der Nähe zur Lagune unverzichtbar sind.Der Zugang zum Anlage war nur mit einem Schlüssel für die Tore möglich, was ein Gefühl der Sicherheit vermittelte, und für jede Wohnung standen überdachte Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Ideale Lage, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Im Haus gibt es 4 Ferienwohnungen, alle mit eingezäuntem Vorgarten. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ideal. 3 min bis zu den Vaporettos in die Lagune und 3 km bis zum Strand. Ideal auch für den Urlaub mit Hund. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gut mit Hund möglich, eingezäuntes kleines Grundstück und Hundestrand.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt und bester Ausgangspunkt um nach Venedig zu kommen.

Besser geht nicht!

Wir haben den Aufenhalt dort genoßen. Die Anlegestelle Punta Sabbioni ist weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Vaporetto fährt regelmäßig alle halbe Stunde zum San Marco in Venedig. Die Fahrtzeit beträgt ungefähr 30 Minuten.
