House with private pool and spectacular sea views located in a privileged area next to the Cala Canyelles cliff (there are stairs that lead directly to the cliff from the house).



The house is distributed over 3 floors with 7,000 m2 of plot and 400 m2 built, entirely surrounded by terraces with unbeatable sea views.



Exterior area with a large private pool (12x6m) with panoramic sea views. Barbecue and multiple terraces where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals in the sun.



Interior area with a spacious dining room with access to terrace, fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine,



It has 5 double bedrooms for a total of 10 people (two of them suites and one has its own living room with terrace), and 3 more bathrooms.

Outside the house between the two pools there is an additional optional suite bedroom for 2 more people (not included in the price: 150 € / day) with sea view that includes a double bedroom and a full bathroom. In case you want to book the extra suite, you must inform the agency beforehand before arrival for its preparation.



Indoor pool (9x4m) with jacuzzi and sauna for 6 people. The indoor pool water is at room temperature, in case you want hot water (low season) there is a supplement of 150€ / night with a minimum of 5 nights and you must give 2 days' notice.

This house is located in a very quiet residential area in one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava!



Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. You can hire parasols and sun loungers, as well as enjoy activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean cuisine such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants.



Regulations and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person for a house and €75/person for an apartment must be paid. This will be returned one week after the guest's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the guest must vacate the property with no right to any refund.

Check-in and check-out will be carried out at our Lloret office: Av. Vila de Tossa, nº 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax, which is mandatory under Catalan Government regulations.
