Beautiful Villa and Location

Beautiful villa and location - would definitely stay again. The views were stunning and with the aid of binoculars enjoyed some fabulous whale and dolphin sightings. A few minor repairs required to maintain levels throughout the rest of the villa. Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful relaxing vacation then this villa provides the perfect base for that.

Canhas House with a view

We had a great stay, the house had a spectacular setting, though a bit out on a limb, a car being an essential. If you want to spend a lot of time in Funchal, find a different property, but if you want to travel inland and to the north coast, then it’s a good choice. The property unfortunately had a problem with the pool which we didn’t realise and so didn’t report it, but was fixed when the pool man did visit. Requests we did make where responded to very quickly by Abel and Carolina. Thank you. For the sake of full disclosure should state that there has been a tower crane standing proud above the property for the last 3 years, as there has been a new house built below this property, but I would suspect it will be gone soon as the house is nearly finished.

Lucas properties is a host for this property. They totally suck they obnoxious rude demanding taxes does not belong to them even for a little children seven and nine years old for one day they charge 920 for the property and amazingly enough they sent several messages called several times on WhatsApp without any respect demanding keys to be back in the lockbox for some maintenance people come and work on dishwasher or something they also have cameras on property that they watching people standing there which is against any kind of rules even international rule rules all they worry about is hit you as much as possible on money they don’t care about the guest they don’t care about tourists who paying for this business is just obnoxious and rude and greedy people. I would never recommend anybody rent any property from Lucas property including this one which is located in Veteran narrow roads properties dated it’s not a bad property but it’s really dated as I said no privacy cameras constant calls demands even in one they stay they don’t respect any people privacy.Nata

Huisje was wat muffig toen we aankwamen, heel ruim huis met mooi zwembad. Communicatie was traag. Stroom is een keer uitgevallen maar geen contact na bellen. Verder een schitterende plaats.
