A very nice villa 500 meters above the sea level. Very quiet are, no noise from cars or barging dogs.

Das Haus hat eine phantastische Panoramalage, ist sehr gut aufgeteilt (Anzahl Zimmer, Bäder) und ausgestattet (Küche). Kochwerkzeuge und Geschirr könnten etwas besser und mehr sein. Die Küchenschränke rochen innen muffig. Gartenmöbel praktisch nicht vorhanden und Gartenliegen alt bzw. defekt. Bei An- und Abfahrt hatten wir nur per Mail Kontakt zum Verwalter, aber ok. Der Pool war zu Anfang etwas schmutzig (Blätter) und nach 10 Tagen mit Algen befallen.

Ausblick zum Erholen

Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage mit einem Traumhaften Ausblick. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Ein late Check-Out war auch ohne Aufpreis möglich. Das Mobiliar war ein wenig "abgewohnt" und bedüfte einer kleiner Renvoierung. Von Vorteil war, dass in fast jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.

Checkin erfolgte nur telef. Haus war offen Schlüssel steckte. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön. Leider lässt die Ausstattung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Geschirr ,Küchengerät unvollständig teilw. unbrauchbar / beschädigt. Schränke bes. Küche ungereinigt /muffig. Badmöbel feucht und muffig. Möbel dürftig, abgenutzt und spärlich ausgestattet.Heftiges Kakerlaken Problem bes. Abends im Pool und Wohnberich (die Großen bis 8cm) Die mangelnde Pflege und fehlende Liebe zum Detail trüben das Urlaubserlebnis.

Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick!

Es war nicht unser erster Urlaub auf Madeira und bereits das zweite mal das wir ein Haus von Teresa und Claudio gebucht haben. Das Boathouse 2 ist wirklich wunderschön, toll gelegen und hat zu jeder Stunde einen grandiosen Ausblick über die Bucht und die Insel. Der Check in lief total unkompliziert, wenn auch die Kommunikation Anfangs etwas schleppend verlief. Die Nähe zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand ist per Auto in 10 Minuten gegeben. Ein toller Billardtisch im Haus lädt zu der einen oder anderen Partie ein. eine großzügig geschnittene Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Alles im allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Vue incroyable

La villa est superbe, nous avons eu un petit peu de mal à la trouver mais sans plus. On peut y garer deux voitures sans problème ce qui est un luxe à Madères. Une vue incroyable, des coucher de soleil tous les soirs. La Clim dans certaines pièces. Quelques insectes mais on va dire que ça fait parti des voyages. On regrettera juste le manque de communication avec les propriétaires que nous n’avons pas vu d’ailleurs.

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Wir wurden, weil wir den Weg nicht gleich gefunden haben, sogar von unterwegs abgeholt. Toller Service mit Handtuch und Bettwäschewechsel.

The location of the property allows for some very spectacular views, truly special!

Our host Teresa was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was an effort ensuring that we had sufficient wood for all our bbq's and a beautiful gift of the local Madeira wine and honey cake (a lovely touch). The property was in pristine condition, very well maintained with a magnificent pool and bbq area. We had all the mod-cons for a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be booking this house again on our annual visits to Madeira.

Tolles Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet und großzügig aufgeteilt. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die tolle und ruhige Lage oberhalb des Arco da Calheta bescherte uns (zwei Ehepaare) einen superben Blick über das Meer, die Küste und in die Berge. Mehr geht nicht... Der Pool wurde von uns intensiv genutzt, da es ja keine Sandstrände gibt (ein Bad im Meer in Madalena do Mar ist aber dennoch schön). Die Vermieterin Teresa hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Sie verdient ein extra Lob. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und das Haus weiterempfehlen.
