Great spot

This was a very comfortable apartment in a central and lively part of town and was just where we wanted to be. It was also quiet overnight as local regulations control closing times and overnight traffic efficiently. We had a great time. The only caveat is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so access could be a problem depending on your circumstances.

The apartment could not have been better situated or easier to access. Super close to Park de la Mar parking garage, restaurants, shopping, playgrounds (and bonus that it happened to be a 2 min walk to my family who lives in Mallorca)! Really great for families. No elevator or washer/dryer, but having lived in Spain this was not expected or needed. There is a good wash & fold a short walk away though if you do need it. Quiet, clean, safe area and great for families (we brought our 2 and 7 year old). 10/10 would recommend!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wr haben die Vorweihnachtszeit in Palma sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt von der Kathedrale und unmittelbar am Hafen. Restaurants und Cafés liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Der Empfang und Kontakt mit Dario war sehr nett und freundlich, zur Begrüßung gab es Sekt und Pralinen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge hat wohl jeder Gast. Die Dachterrasse liegt super schön über den Dächern von Palma, man kann bis zur Kathedrale und zum Jachthafen sehen. Ein Manko ist die Lärmbelästigung durch Gäste einer Bar in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, jedoch nur für die Bewohner des Schlafraumes zur Straße hin. Die beiden anderen Schlafräume liegen ruhig nach hinten heraus. Es war aber rundherum ein schöner und empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir würden wiederkommen

Insgesamt war die Wohnung genau das, was wir uns erhofft hatten. Sie liegt super und ist sehr schön! Auch mit Kommunikation und Übergabe alles super geklappt! Und es war das erste Mal, dass wir mit einer Flasche Sekt begrüßt wurden, eine schöne Geste! Es gibt ein einziges kleines aber, was ich aber auch leicht ändern lässt: die Ausstattung der Küche. Es gab keine Müslischalen, was für kleine Kinder sehr wichtig ist, auch gab es keine kleinen Teller oder Brettchen fürs Frühstück… hier wäre ein bisschen Nachbesserung gut, sonst alles Top
