New, comfortable, and luxuriously furnished holiday home consisting of 2 apartments, both accommodating 8 people. One is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair-accessible, while the other is on the ground floor. Both are a spacious 150 square metres and boast a fantastic location and view. It is also possible to reserve the entire house—and thus both apartments—for up to 16 people. Please note: the prices listed are per apartment. Of course, you can indicate your preference for which apartment you’d like, especially if you wish to use our wheelchair-accessible apartment. Reservations for more than 8 people are available upon request. <br><br>The apartment features high-quality finishes and is equipped with underfloor heating and a soapstone stove. The spacious basement offers plenty of room to store all your outdoor gear and features a game room equipped with a pool table, dartboard, foosball table, ping-pong table, and a bar. <br><br>Not only can you walk to the slopes, but the town centre is also nearby, so you won’t need to get back in the car to go out for dinner after your outdoor activities. Ample free parking is available on-site.<br><br>Just cross the street and you’re on the slopes; from the living room, you have a view of the ski jump. <br><br>The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and is fully furnished. There’s even a washing machine and dryer. The living room features a spacious dining table that easily seats eight people. The modern and cosy sitting area includes a smart TV with Dutch channels. Of course, there’s Wi-Fi.<br><br>The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The mirror stays fog-free thanks to the heated mirror. There’s not only a toilet in the bathroom, but also a separate bathroom.<br><br>The master bedroom features a very comfortable king-size box spring bed. Bedroom two has two single box spring beds that can be separated if desired. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, all four of which have comfortable innerspring mattresses. All windows can be closed off with a roller shutter and blackout curtains. In short, we’ve also thought about your peace and quiet. Start your holiday well-rested—your bed will already be made upon arrival. Linens are included in the price. Towels (one large and one small per person) are also provided for you. <br><br>The spacious living room features a large dining table that comfortably seats eight people. The sitting area includes a soapstone wood-burning stove and comfortable sofas and armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities. <br><br>The house has a full basement. The basement provides storage space for skis, snowboards, and sleighs. There is also a heated ski boot rack that holds 20 pairs of ski boots, snowboards, and gloves. Bicycles, mountain bikes, and motorcycles can also be stored in the basement. The basement also features a game room with a table tennis table, pool table, dartboard, and a professional Bonzini foosball table. <br><br>The tourist tax is €2.50 per night per person for guests aged 15 and older and must be paid on site at check-in.
