The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, microwave, four-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator-freezer), smart TV (connected to the Internet—NO cable channels), air conditioner, and sofa;

- SLEEPING AREA with two queen-size sofa beds and an air conditioner;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, TV, chest of drawers, nightstands, chest, desk, 2 chairs, large window overlooking the courtyard, open-shelf coat rack, and air conditioner;

- BATHROOM with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pumps, hair dryer, free Wi-Fi, and an iron.

Towels and sheets are provided for our guests.



PLEASE NOTE:

- To access the apartment from the courtyard, you must climb a private outdoor staircase with 20 steps;

- The property is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).



The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



We’ll be happy to arrange early check-ins, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out, but to ensure the best service, we cannot accommodate late check-outs. We can assist with any luggage storage needs by recommending a partner facility.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of your stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night, for up to 7 consecutive nights).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance is available until 10:00 PM.



If you would prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:

- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros.
