About this property
Naturalist Oasis on Accabonac Harbor
This property will take your breath away over and over again with it's gorgeous views of Accabonac Harbor. Set right next to the famous Pollack Krasner house in Springs. Enjoy a quiet location with unobstructed views from almost every room in the house.
This is a geothermal home built on principles of environmentalism well before it's time on land owned by one of the founding families of East Hampton. It is a house loved by it's owners who grew up there swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and more recently paddle boarding.
Within the last two years the house has been upgraded with new shingle siding, new windows, new doors, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new hardwood flooring in the master bedroom and downstairs bathroom, new furniture, new linens, and new televisions.
The house is sunny and bright throughout with water views from every room except for the upstairs bathroom. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom with washer and dryer. A fireplace in the living room with open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. A deck wraps around two sides of the house and is accessible from both the dining room and living room.
The second level has one standard sized guest bedroom with full bed and a third large bedroom with a queen bed. An upstairs loft features a sectional pullout sofa bed. Off of the loft is an upstairs deck with table and seating for four. It is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch one of the most amazing sunrises you'll ever experience.
