Hither Hills 2BR Montauk Cottage - walk to beach!

Two bedroom/ 1 bath cottage located in the coveted Hither Hills section of Montauk. Walking distance to a mile of private sandy ocean beach under the supervision of the Montauk Beach Property Owners Association, (MBPOA). If you prefer to drive to our beach the cottage includes shared^ key access to private parking lots along Old Montauk Highway that access the beach.

Listen to the waves from our backyard deck or by the fire pit, cook your catch in our fully equipped kitchen, jog or ride your bike into town for lunch. Do everything or nothing at all at our cottage! Life at its best in Montauk, NY!

104 Adams is a wonderful place to stay.

The interior of the cottage is well laid out, nicely furnished and is decorated in a nautical theme. The kitchen is well-supplied and has good appliances. The air conditioners work well and there are ceiling fans in the master bedroom and kitchen. The living room and deck overlook a tree-shaded backyard and the cottage is surrounded by flowers and plantings. And, of course, the nearby ocean beach is a star attraction!

Our Cottage In Hither Hills!

This cottage is super charming. It was bigger than we had expected. Perfect for two people and an occasional visitor as the 2nd bedroom is bunkbeds. The back-deck is great to hang. Close to town. We'll be back!
