It offers comfort and stylish design.<br>Located in the historic centre of La Rochelle, it’s ideally situated for exploring the entire city on foot.<br>The market, the harbour, the parks, all shops and services, entertainment, cultural attractions, and restaurants are all within walking distance.<br>"Art Studio" is a very comfortable and bright space, distinguished by its understated and tasteful decor. <br>DESCRIPTION<br>Studio—with private entrance <br>The Studio (24 m² and completely private) is located on the ground floor of a large, fully renovated 19th-century bourgeois house.<br> The street is very quiet, with little traffic and few pedestrians.<br>It features high-quality amenities.<br>• The living room/bedroom is equipped with high-end bedding (two full-size beds for two people, each with a European queen-size adjustable slatted mattress base (1.60 m x 2 m)). Upon request, we can set up two separate beds, along with a wardrobe, a work area, and an 80 cm LCD flat-screen TV. <br>• An open kitchen (fully equipped) with a breakfast bar (Nespresso machine), a dining area (table and 3 chairs), and a bookcase.<br>• A bathroom with a walk-in shower and one sink (Grohe fixtures), as well as a heated towel rack and a toilet.<br>In addition, bed linens, bath towels, and tea towels are provided and included in the rental rate.<br>For your comfort, the studio has been designed with soundproofing (walls and ceiling), and the 2.20 m x 1.20 m window is double-glazed.<br>Varnished antique hardwood floors.
