Amazing Beach House!!!

We loved staying at Casa Melville. The property is fully equipped, with everything you need to enjoy unforgettable vacations. You don't have to leave the property at all; I only recommend that you bring your food, sunscreen and mosquito repellent.

I have stayed several times in this property...and are already planning to stay again soon. Don't look anymore. This is the best beach house in the west side of PR.

Great ocean front beach house

The location was great and easy to locate. Also was semi centrally located on the west coast so it was easy to get to the Rincon area and the south west beaches and towns. The house was very comfortable and large with living room areas on both the main floor and second floor. Outdoors in the outdoor kitchen area and at the ocean was very peaceful and beautiful. Overall a great place and vacation experience.

The area and the beach are fantastic. Joyuda's restaurants are fantastic. The house was spacious and we really appreciated the air conditioning. We used the outdoor showers and kitchen every day. Even though there was no AC in the kids' bedroom, it was cool enough when we left the door open and used a fan to blow the cooled air in. One thing I was surprised about was the lack of supplies in the kitchen (no cutting board, no pantry essentials like salt/sugar, no cleaning spray, no foil, stuff like that).

Amazing place to stay. There aren't many places where you can't rent such a nice beach house right on the ocean for this price. There was a nice kayak, pool table, and a street fighter game that our kids love playing with. And the beach itself is quite nice - not many waves and shallow for a ways out. The outside dining area was amazing for eating our lunches and breakfast. Good dining options a 5 minute drive away.

We had a very nice time at Casa Melville. The home is very spacious and very nicely decorated. It has all you need for a very good time. Perfect location on the beach

We came for a family getaway with our young adult/college age kids. The property was awesome. Perfect Location on the beach. Two off my kids wanted water activities which were easily accessible in Rincon. The house was well appointed. We had everything we needed. The pool table was great, we had quite the tournament going on! The beach was perfect. We haven’t had this kind of relaxing beach trip in a long time! Thank you to our hosts. Amazing Beach

We had a lovely stay at Casa Melville. The beach was amazing. The outdoor eating/cooking area was perfect. The house has three bedrooms. The upstairs master is much nicer than the downstairs - the bunk room was perfect for kids. We had some island power issues during our stay, but Julio was very responsive. It didn't quite get resolved given the holiday week but then some things started more consistently working. The kids loved the beach and the video game system. The water was amazing for swimming.

Best Kept Secret on West Puerto Rico

The property listing does not do justice to the location. The house is perfectly situated in a slice of paradise. The beach access is 2nd to none, the beach is quiet, private and the water is perfect, no waves to worry about. Water is crystal clear. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean (a must for our group). The amenities available are excellent. Having a separate area for outside cooking and entertainment was perfect. Check in and check out were easy and the owner made himself available throughout our trip. We will be coming back on our next trip and highly recommend it. As stated, this is a hidden gem. Thanks Julio for your hospitality.

Best beach house in Cabo Rojo!

Fantastic house, fantastic location, fantastic service...A++++!!! I have stayed in many places in the west side of PR. This is by far the best one. In addition to the items described in the house post, we were pleasantly surprised by a few extras: a freezer at the laundry area (perfect for ice and beers!), a small fridge in the main Master Room (super convenient), an arcade machine in the play room, just to name a few. And the persons in charge were at the property at the time of the check-in to show us the house. We will definitely rent it again... Thanks Julio and Angee!

The beach is the backyard

Our family of 10 just spent the Christmas weekend at Casa Melville. This property has a 4.9 rate rightfully so.The house is meticulously clean and beatifully decorated. It is very spacious and equiped with everything you'll need. The beach is the backyard... and what a backyard! It feels almost like a private beach. We didn't went anywhere, the house and it's backyard was everything we needed for a wonderful weekend, but the location is very centralized and convenient for exploring all of the other beaches of Cabo Rojo. The communication with the host (Julio) was exceptional, very helpful and pleasant. We recommend Casa Melville as is the best VRBO property we have enjoyed.

Good times in PR

Had an enjoyable time on the West Coast of PR. Chose this location to be on the coast and midway North/South to explore different areas. It’s in a quiet part of the island. Beach narrow but nice and clean. Not a great beach for boggie boarding but had some fun swimming. Home was clean, spacious and well maintained. BBQ, pool table, TV’s were all nice. As noted in the listing, take care exiting the property as the lines of sight are very challenging. You may want a spotter as you exit the driveway. Ideas in the region:Parguera: Swim in bioluminescent bay. Yes please! Amazing Rincón: Fun town. Great beach and vibe. Good surfing for multiple levels. Buyé Beach: Not worth it. Enjoy Western PR!

Amazing!!! 😃😃😃

Everything was wonderful! Julio was always available for questions and you just couldn’t beat the location from the house to the beach. It was literally steps away! The entrance to get in and out was a little scary, but definitely doable and wonderful to have parking. The house had a great ambiance and vibe with plenty of bathrooms. That was a huge plus for a family of 6. I will definitely be back. The flight ended up being canceled later in the day, so we had to stay another night. If I had known that morning, we would’ve stayed one more night. The sunsets were beautiful! Thank you again for opening your doors to us Julio😃😊😊.
