Custom-built holiday home designed for relaxing, with your own private pool and multiple outdoor spaces that create a true tropical oasis for your group. Guests consistently love the privacy, lush landscaping, and the ability to spread out and enjoy time together while still being close to everything Rincón has to offer. All rooms have air-conditioning.

The private pool, tropical landscaping, covered balconies, and gazebo are guest favourites. One of the most talked-about features is the private outdoor shower in the back of the home, giving you a unique and refreshing experience in complete privacy after a day at the beach.

Located within easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, a dive shop, paddle boarding, and sunset and snorkelling cruises, you’ll have something for everyone just steps away. A quick 3-minute drive takes you to a well-stocked local supermarket, and just minutes away is the Rincón Lighthouse near Sandy Beach, known for its incredible views and sunsets.

The BBQ grill requires a small green propane tank, which guests can purchase nearby at El Desvío Convenience Store or Econo Supermarket.
There is a security camera on the side of the house facing the entry gate.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out Instructions: 1. Put all towels & bedding in the laundry room. 2. Take trash to bins in front (by garage). 3. Load dirty dishes in dishwasher (remove food first).
4. Return any moved furniture to its original place. 5. Turn off all ACs. 6. Lock all doors & windows. 7. Check for personal belongings.
8. Secure person gate, lock driveway gate, return key to combo box. 9. Text (787) 485-3599 after checkout with the name CASA ENSENADA.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our second visit was every bit as good as our first and we look forward to our third. The location is close to all the best Rincon has to offer! The villa is very accommodating with inviting common areas yet still affords privacy when desired. The pool is great and the rooftop sunset view is a hidden bonus. The owner has been very responsive to all of our needs. We highly recommend Casa Ensenada.

Nice Spot in Rincon

We had a few afternoon rain showers during our stay and the balcony was perfect to enjoy the view until the sun came back out. Lovely place, would recommend.
