Casa Aguas Azules is a 2BR/2BA beachfront villa on Corcega Beach in Rincón. Enjoy direct beach access, a shared beachfront pool, and modern Caribbean décor with locally sourced art. Set above a beautiful stone wall with a Mediterranean feel, this villa offers a private, upscale Caribbean experience. Pool and beach areas are shared with Villa 1 and Villa 2.



The Space:

The house is beautifully decorated with touches of Puerto Rican culture, Caribbean style, and details inspired by our international guests. Local art, antiques, and fine Caribbean furnishings make Casa Aguas Azules a truly unique upscale home. Our professional staff keeps everything in top condition.

The property is divided into three villas: The Mansion, Villa 1, and Villa 2.



Guest Access:

The Mansion at Casa Aguas Azules features a private entrance and interior garden, offering complete privacy for you and your guests. The beachfront pool and surrounding patio are shared with Villa 1 and Villa 2, with plenty of private lounge areas available. Night swimming in the illuminated pool is especially enjoyable.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Aguas Azules is a beachfront house located in a quiet and private neighborhood of upscale houses.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in order to get around Rincon, explore beaches and really enjoy the area.



Other Things to Note:

We reserve the right to cancel/limit bookings based on number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-5 days)

Please note the jets in the Master bathtub are not functional.



We are located on the western point of the island.

We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.



To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you would like to start a load of towels the cleaning staff would greatly appreciate it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Turn off the lights and the AC. Place keys in the lockbox. If you would like to start a load of laundry, the housekeepers would be very appreciative.

Fantastic family vacation!

What a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy Rincón! The house is comfortable and welcoming, with an amazing view of the water. A short drive to restaurants and bars and other beaches-but you may never want to leave! Great beach and pool-we were lucky to have it all to ourselves.

Our family of 4 loved the home! It was large, spacious, extremely clean, fully stocked with basic necessities, and the most beautiful view! Magnificent property

This is truly spectacular property with ocen views from almost every room. In addition to the infinity pool, there is a private beachfront right on the ocean in a swimmable area free from riptides. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and minutes from shopping. Less than 20 minutes away in the hills is a fabulous outdoor studio offering yoga, pilates and barre classes. My family was desperate for sunshine, water and a gorgeous space to gather in. We agreed—best vacation ever!

Perfection

This villa is fabulous. You share the private beach with the other villa renters and one neighbor. There might have been 15 minute overlap. You share the pool with the other villa renters. There was about a one hour overlap. So essentially you enjoy an incredible amount of privacy. The house has everything you need inclusing floats and sand toys. I have recommended it to everyone I know. The manager was so sweet. There is a playground about a 15 minute walk away.

Excellent place to stay

We weathered a tropical storm and the location was great. Very nice neighborhood which was safe. The bedrooms are large and clean. All tile floors. Large pool. The photos are true to reality. It is part of a smaller duplex next door but no one was there. Just outside of Rincon so you don’t have to try to sleep through bar music but close enough that you could make bar sounds if you felt so inclined. Downtown Rincon is small but has some good restaurants and art. It has good access to the surrounding towns. Lots of beaches. I highly recommend the house for a place to stay.

Even better than expected!!!

I cannot describe how unbelievably beautiful this house and location are!!! I was expecting a lot but my expectations were surpassed! Beautiful days lounging by the pool and exploring the private beach and swimming in the ocean! Breakfast on the lanai with one of the best views I have ever seen in my life! Even watching the almost daily, but short-lived lighting storms at night, created a lasting beautiful memory watching it safely from the lanai with my family!Plenty of roadside food and drinking options in the area. Rustic with awesome food! Also, there are sit-down restaurants and bars with live music. Well-stocked grocery store nearby do you can stock the fridge with necessities.I went with my kids (all adults in their 20’s) and wife. I am hoping that we have made a wonderful memory for all of us.Note: Upon arriving after 7pm on a Sunday evening, we had a few questions and minor issues. I called the property manager Allison who answered immediately and responded to our questions and concerns promptly. She even had Elvin the maintenance guy come out the next morning, at a convenient time for us, to address one of the issues. Elvin is a great guy who handled the issue quickly and efficiently with no interruption to our vacation. Excellent!!! Thank you for an awesome and memorable vacation!!!
