Lovely Stay

Very nice two bedroom terraced property, in off the beaten track wooded location. The highlight is the wonderful private garden with pool and mountain views. The charming town of Montecarlo is only a few minutes drive away. Francesco is a great host - making sure we were comfortable.

Traumhaft-erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten das große Glück, 13 unvergessliche Tage in Francescos traumhafter Ferienwohnung verbringen zu dürfen. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke und bietet mit ihrem idyllischen Charme genau die richtige Mischung aus Entspannung und Komfort. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offfen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Terasse und ein weiterer Sitzplatz in Nähe des Pools laden zum Verweilen ein. Der private Pool war ein absolutes Highlight und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Die ruhige Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, um einfach einmal abzuschalten und den Alltag zu vergessen. Gleichzeitig liegt die Unterkunft sehr gelegen, um Ausflüge, zum Beispiel nach Pisa oder Florenz, zu unternehmen. Besonderer Dank gilt dem Vermieter, Francesco, der uns den Aufenthalt auch mit seiner netten und zuvorkommenden Art so angenehm und unvergesslich gemacht hat.

Reihenmittelhaus ohne Ruhe, Fernseher defekt, laute Nachbarn, kein Wäschewechsel wie ausgeschrieben

Wir hatten vor Buchung extra angefragt, ob das Gebäude noch von anderen Menschen bewohnt wird und hatten die Info erhalten, dass nur der Vermieter - Francesco - und die Urlaubsgäste auf dem Grundstück sind. Da es sich um eine Reihenhaussiedlung handelt stimmt es, auf dem Grundstück von Francesco waren nur er und wir, aber wir ahnten nicht, dass es sich um ein Reihenhaus mit 5 Parteien handelt. Neben uns wohnte, als wir dort waren, 6 Studenten. Von morgens bis spät in die Nacht wurde gelacht, gefeiert, geraucht, Videotelefoniert mit noch mehr Menschen. Das Ganze fand auf ihrer Terasse statt, die unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster der Urlaubsunterkunft liegt und exakt neben unserer Terasse. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Und das, obwohl wir extra Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit gebucht hatten. Auch die morgendlichen Mediatiationen der Studentin auf dem Mäuerchen, dass die 2 Grundstücke voneinander trennt, lud uns nicht zum Frühstück auf der Terasse ein. Wer will schon eine Fremde 30 cm neben sich sitzen haben. Hätten wir gewusst, dass es ein Reihenmittelhaus ist, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses ist ein Parkplatz. Natürlich mussten die Gäste der Studenten nachts auch wieder wegfahren. Dadurch wurde man dann auch mitten in der Nacht mit Autotürenschlagen wachgehalten. Das Haus hat keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und es gibt keine Ventilatoren. 2 Badetücher für 4 Personen ist zu wenig. Waschmaschine schmutzig, der Rest sehr sauber. Sehr durchgewohnte Betten.

Einfach toll

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus, Anfahrt durch den Wald belohnt mit toller idyllischer Lage auf Hügel Mitten in der Natur. Super netter Vermieter. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der richtige Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wir kommen gern wieder

Séjour en Toscane

Hôte très disponible, très agréable. La piscine permet de se détendre en rentrant d’excursion à Pisa ou à Florence. Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Francesco est un hôte très agréable, fiable et toujours prêt à rendre service

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben 12 wunderschöne Tage in der Toskana verbacht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus von Francesco. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, alles tiptop sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Außenanlage mit dem Pool war sehr schön und gepflegt, mit einem herrlichen Blick. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und nur über schotterige (Feld-)wege erreichbar, dadurch herrlich ruhig und erholsam! Für uns perfekt! Vielen Dank, Francesco, für die schönen Tage in Deinem Haus! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Un excellent voyage dans la campagne toscane

Nous remercions Francesco pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette magnifique région d’Italie. Le logement était très propre, spacieux, bien équipé et une décoration de très bon goût. La piscine dans le jardin très bien aménagé avec la vu sur la campagne toscane était également très agréable ! Merci Francesco, un hôte arrangeant et disponible !
