This is a new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Poncha Springs. It is minutes away from everything! Fully furnished with mountain decor, cable TV, high-speed internet, electric fireplace, and an outdoor gas grill. Sit out on the back patio and enjoy the great mountain views! Bike trail is 20ft from the front door that takes you to Salida. From the bike trail, Elevation brewery is only a 7 minute walk away and Herks Werks is 5 minutes away! Visit the popular Hunger Shack for breakfast/lunch which is .4 miles away. The LaGree's market is .25 mile from the condo and is an easy walk. 1 car garage available with second parking place in driveway.

This townhome comfortably sleeps 6 people. Master bedroom is on the main level with a a queen bed, an attached bathroom, and a walk-in shower. Two large bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and a desk. The other bedroom has bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top and rocking chair. Both upstairs bedrooms have spectacular mountain views! An additional bathroom with a tub/shower is upstairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Monarch Ski Area is a 20 minute drive, Mt Princeton Hot Springs is 20 minutes, Downtown Salida is 10 minutes, and Buena Vista is 25 minutes away. Fishing on the Arkansas or at Lake O'Haver is 15-20 minutes. Downtown Salida offers shopping, restaurants, breweries, art galleries, hot spring pools, live music, access to bike trails, white water rafting, and Gold Medal fishing on the Arkansas river.

The location to Salida and Monarch Mountain worked well for our stay. The condo is cozy and a nice home away from home. We enjoyed a nice walk on the path, which is right outside the condo, to a local cafe. There is plenty of parking, either the garage, the driveway, or gravel parking. However, if you have a larger vehicle, space is very limited. We enjoyed our stay and would considering staying here again.

Perfect place!

We had a great stay at this place! Came up for a family friend’s wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located — close to town but still peaceful and private. It comfortably slept our whole group, and we loved having space to relax and spend time together. Great landing spot for Salida adventures

Our family of 5 stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Great location for whitewater rafting, visiting Salida and Mount Princeton hot springs. Our only regret was not having more time to visit elevation brewing which is so close. Will definitely look to rebook if we return to Salida or go to Monarch

Great location between Monarch and Salida

Great townhome on a quiet street. Easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, winery and brewery. Split our time between skiing, disc golf, arts, and the brewery, our trip was shorter than initially intended but will return for a weeklong adventure in the future. Cute decorations and everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The place was very nice and clean. A little difficult to find but the manager sends detailed directions. Parking is very limited. But overall the property was clean and the manager was very accommodating.

Colorado vacation

Salida/Poncha Springs

This property worked great for us for a rafting weekend in Colorado. It is quiet and clean with nice views of the mountains from the porches for a relaxing end of day drink. Elevation brewery is also about a half mile down the street which was fun. I would stay here again .

My family and I purchased this amazing townhome as a home away form home! We are Colorado natives currently living in Pueblo. My husband owns a small painting business and I work in academia. We love the outdoors and everything that this area has to offer. We purchased this townhome as a family getaway and it has been a dream of ours for years!

Why they chose this property

We chose this townhome because it is close to everything! After spending several years looking for an ideal location, we selected this townhome. It is just minutes to Salida, Lake O'Haver, Monarch Ski Area, Mount Princeton, and just about every outdoor mountain activity you can think of! This area offers so many different activities that our family has no problem pleasing everyone when we visit.

We also chose this townhome because it has such a great layout. The main floor has tall 9' ceiling, an open floor plan, there are granite counter tops throughout, and there is plenty of space for everyone when we come up here as a family. There is also excellent mountain views out the South and West windows!

What makes this property unique

What we really love about this townhome is the fact that it is so close to everything. We can walk to Elevation Brewery for a good time, we can walk out our front door and take the bike path to Salida, or we can sit out on the back patio and look at the beautiful mountains that surround us! In the colder months, you can sit in the cozy living room with the fireplace on and watch a good movie or just look out the window at the mountains.
