As our guest, relax and enjoy our beautiful 2 BR, 2 full bath corner, top floor condo with spectacular gulf views from our screened lanai, private access rooftop sundeck and 3 large, floor to ceiling windows in the LR. Beautifully decorated MBR offers views of the gardens and Gulf, a king bed (new 7/2014), flat screen cable TV/DVD, ceiling fan, private full bath w/decorative tiled walk-in shower and sliders to lanai. Bright and roomy GBR with queen and twin bed, cable TV/DVD, ceiling fan and private entrance to newly remodeled full bathroom. Penthouse B47 offers a newly remodeled (Oct. 2012), fully equipped kitchen with updated kitchen appliances, new DR table set, LR with new furniture, flat screen TV/DVD and a wall of windows that showcases the gulf view and brings loads of light indoors! Peacefully sip your morning coffee on our screened lanai while gazing out over the pool, landscaped gardens and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets at dusk or star gaze at night from private rooftop sundeck. You won't want to leave this slice of paradise! Enjoy an evening beverage while watching spectacular ocean sunsets on our private rooftop sundeck. Pointe Santo is a meticulously kept oceanfront property with a heated pool, jacuzzi, two tennis courts, gas BBQ grills, shell washing station and a poolside clubhouse which offers a sundeck and delightful children's program Monday thru Friday. Each guest has an assigned parking space and B-47's parking space is right near the elevator in B building for easy loading and unloading. There are additional visitor spaces for an extra vehicle. Very nice community and condo. The one thing that would improve the overall experience would be a new larger television in the guest bedroom. But it’s a nice condo that’s well maintained.

What a wonderful time!

Our Dad spent whole life in CT and dreamt of retiring to beautiful Sanibel Island after a family vacation back in the 80's. Shortly thereafter, my family returned to Sanibel to see several properties for sale and we settled on the best...Pointe Santo B47 was the place to be! We have put our heart and soul into our vacation home since the 80's and it remains in our family for generations to come.

Loved it from the first day we saw it!! Knew it was "the one" when nothing else compared to the views and openness of our corner condo. Visit and see for yourself!

What makes this property unique

Our corner condo in B building is unique in that it is only condo in B building that has 3 large, floor to ceiling windows in the living room adjacent to the large sliders that open to the screened lanai. This creates a corner wall of windows where the panoramic view of Pointe Santo and the Gulf cannot be missed! On top of that, there is a spiral staircase on the lanai that leads to your private rooftop sundeck!
