BATHROOMS: 3 full "spa-inspired" bathrooms. (#1, Primary Suite bathroom has bathtub and triple showers, 2nd fl.), (#2, Secondary bathoom near kitchen, 2nd fl.) (#3, Secondary bathroom, 1st fl.) All showers have built in benches),

LIVING ROOMS: 2 cozy living rooms with 2 sofa beds.

The Fitness room has a Peloton bike, weights, stretcher, yoga mats, etc.

Important Information: For those with children, this is a public driveable beach with a lifeguard close by. This is fine beachfront living and everything is new. We used the finest materials on everything. Linen curtains, wool rugs, bamboo/cotton sheets, premium mattresses, lush cotton towels, designated beach towels, etc. Each bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, lotion, cotton balls, cotton swabs, cotton pads, makeup towels, etc. The high-end furniture includes Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Frontgate and Ballard Designs, etc. included in the indoor and outdoor selections. Everything is washed in Persil laundry detergent after every guest. We provide Harry & David coffees, Bigelow teas and a delicious welcome basket.

FYI...This is the only remaining street with ocean front homes in Daytona Beach. Again, there is a Lifeguard on-duty during open public beach hours near the house.

BBQ and Firepit* available by advanced (1 week notice minimum needed to prep) written request. Per city, county & state ordiance, Firepits can only be used November through April.

If it is not, we work really hard to fix it as we want you to be happy to come back again or share with others. But we realize that there are some guest arrive looking for a problem or something to complain about to get something for free. This is not the place. This is a super nice but laid back "beach" house, with a laid back host and team. We are super grateful for all guest selecting our property. We are nice, kind, helpful and funloving people and we work hard to make it as perfect as possible. BUT, you might find sands or see a bug in the house because it is a beach house. This is that habitat. If you find something bothersome, let us know asap and we will fix it. We only want nice, chill and kind people staying here. All entitled, mean, unbearable, unkind, abusive, demanding, nitpicking, "nothing in life makes you happy", looking for a free vacation and just plain angry and mad at the world, this place may not be for you.
