The inviting large terrace is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. On the left hand side the covered terrace invites to enjoy numerous al fresco dining with family and friends and provides shade during the day. You will love the view to the typical Majorcan bricked stone wall with Mediterranean plants and flowers. In the indoor BBQ area you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones.The main entrance door leads directly into the spacious living and dining room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, all bright and airy and decorated with Spanish charm. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen has all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. There is a small breakfast table for you to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.All 3 bedrooms are bright and welcome, with ample storage space. The double bedroom overlooks the pool area and has an en-suite shower room. The 2 twin bedrooms share the facilities of 1 bathroom.All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. *****Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation.
