The Nessting Place - Inverness

The Nessting Place is a beautifully boutique four bedroom apartment in a prime location in Inverness City Centre. This stunning period property is lovingly decorated and prepared for the arrival of each guest.

We provide a parking permit for parking of one car, additional paid parking is available nearby. Due to the number of stairs this home is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

The cosy living room at The Nessting Place is full of character, with comfortable seating and some lovely quirky decorative details. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV with SKY TV, a PS4, plus a great selection of games, books and toys.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a lots of utensils, a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, gas stove top, Nespresso coffee machine and a washer-dryer. There is also a dining table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests.

On the main floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed (UK size 135 x 190cm), along with a separate WC.

Upstairs, there is a beautiful family bathroom featuring a walk in shower and a luxurious freestanding bath. The master bedroom offers a Super King bed (UK size 180 x 200cm) and a small en suite with a walk in shower, there is also a fabulous view accords the city towards the Black Isle. The final bedroom is fitted with a King size bed (UK size 150 x 200cm).

For young guests we offer a travel cot, high chair and a selection of lovely toys. Please let me know before your day of arrival if you would like these set up.

One parking permit is provided for on street parking, with additional paid parking available nearby.

The Nessting Place is located on Ardconnel Street, a quiet residential street in the sought after Crown area of Inverness. By heading down the Market Brae Steps, you can reach the high street and shopping centre in just a couple of minutes; providing excellent easy access to the city’s bars, restaurants and shops.
Inverness Castle and the River Ness are also only a 3 to 4 minute walk away.

The Nessting Place is a maisonette apartment arranged over three floors. Due to the number of stairs, it is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

You are short walk from Inverness city centre attractions, restaurants and bars. Inverness is also an ideal base for exploring the highlands, being just a short drive from many unmissable sights.

This property may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility as there is no lift and a significant number of stairs.

One of the bedrooms is small with the bed against the wall. The room is accessed through the living room. It is listed to sleep 2 in the bedroom, however please consider whether this is suitable for your party.

The fireplace is not operational.
