This charming detached period home provides a wonderfully spacious setting for groups of up to eight, with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and plenty of living space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

The Hill Street Haven features a generous living room with comfortable seating, soft lighting, a smart TV, plus a selection of games and books—ideal for unwinding or socialising together.

At the heart of the home is the dining room, complete with a welcoming wood-burning stove and a large table that seats eight comfortably. Toward the rear of the house, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and full-size fridge/freezer. There’s also a breakfast bar for extra seating and a patio door leading to the fully enclosed garden.

The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: three with king-size beds (UK size 150cm x 200cm) and one smaller double room (UK size 135cm x 190cm).

The master bedroom has its own ensuite, while the two additional king-size rooms each have a private sink. A separate WC and shower room are also located on this level.

The home is further enhanced by a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.


Outside, the enclosed garden features patio seating for six and secure storage for bikes and other equipment.

A parking permit is provided for one car to park within the Permit Holder only spaces on Hill Street and surrounding streets.

Situated on a quiet residential street, the property is just a short stroll from Inverness City Centre, where you’ll find an excellent choice of shops, restaurants, and bars.
