We loved our stay at the villa.

We loved our stay at the villa, its a really nice place, very relaxing and a short distance from the beaches and mountains. The air conditioning in the bedrooms could be improved and there were quite a few mosquitoes at night, plus a few more essentials would have been nice to have. But overall a very pleasant experience, the communication was fantastic, questions answered usually within minutes. We would love to come back one day!

The villa itself was in a good location - close enough to both Port de Pollensa and Pollensa. The pool was amazing in terms of size and space around it but we had problems with the filter stopping working and it becoming quite dirty, the mgt co eventually dealt with it, but we had to chase up.We had water off 3 times in the 2 week stay. This was initially due to power cuts which were outside of the management company’s control and they attended to fix the problem. What we found though, by the third failure was that a new part was required in the pump house, which if it had been replaced on the first visit would probably have prevented the subsequent failures. The air on was adequate but only in bedrooms.The villa was adequate in terms of cleanliness but to be honest for 18k for 2 weeks, we would have expected top notch cleanliness and a mid stay clean. There were cobwebs and dead ants in the kitchen on our arrival so I’m not sure how well it had been cleaned before our arrival. Lastly, we booked this villa having narrowed down a search of locations that met our criteria. Sounds a small issue, but one of our must haves was a table tennis table. Despite being in the photos and listed on the details and also having checked the week before departure that there was bats and balls, there was no table tennis table. The mgt co weren’t helpful in this regard at all and were unprepared to honour the initial description.An ok stay but not up to standard or worth the high cost.
