About this property

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse in Golf Valley, Nueva Andalucia. With stunning views over La Concha and Aloha Golf course and a 5 minute walk to a selection of cafes, bars and restuarants, it's the perfect venue for your summer holiday or short mini break.

The house has been completely renovated and is decorated in a modern/ contemporary style. Entering the house you come in to a large open plan kitchen and lounge with wall to wall patio doors out to the terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools.

The lounge has a fireplace and flat screen TV. There is a dining area for 4 people. The terrace has relaxed seating with a BBQ and overlooks Aloha Golf course.

Downstairs are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite with a walk in shower and the second bedroom has a family bathroom with shower directly opposite. Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and there is access to the small private garden with a couple of sunbeds.

There is a lovely large communal pool, a short walk from the house overlooking the golf course.

A short 5 minute walk from the house will take you to a number of bars and restaurants and a supermarket. It is possible to walk to Puerto Banus and it will take you approx 35/45 minutes. On Saturday there is the market on Centro Plaza which is a 25 minute walk from the house.

There is a selection of golf courses within a 10 minute drive and we will be happy to recommend /book any on your behalf. There is also a public tennis club within walking distance of the urbanisation.

This is an ideal venue for anyone looking to enjoy the glitz of Puerto Banus and the enchantment of Marbella Old Town but staying not in the middle of it!
