Tamerici-Villa Rocca di Papa -2 apartments

Le Tamerici is a villa in Rocca di Papa, a small village just a few kilometres from Rome, nestled in the greenery of the Castelli Romani Natural Park.
The house features 2 apartments, which can be rented together in this case, accommodating a total of 13 guests. Additionally, a third and fourth apartment are available, bringing the total capacity to 25 guests (rates upon request).
Le Tamerici consists of two apartments.
The first, “Mimosa,” is on the ground floor, measures approximately 70 square metres, and opens onto the garden and a charming veranda. It features a very large living room that can accommodate up to 20–25 people, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette. The living room features two single beds: a single bed converted into a daybed and a sofa bed. There is a beautiful double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a convenient powder room with a sink.
The veranda is furnished with a table and chairs and offers a magnificent view of the garden.
The other apartment is on two levels (ground floor and attic).
The larger “Peonia,” measuring approximately 140 square metres, features a living room with a TV, an open-concept kitchen, an extendable table seating up to 12 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with a double sink. The kitchen is elegantly and fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a kettle, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine (with a welcome pack of capsules). In the attic, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and two single beds—sleeping a total of four—and one with a double bed) and a bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms have hardwood floors.
The apartment has a washing machine. Extra beds can be added.
It stays cool in the summer, so there’s no need for air conditioning; firewood for the fireplace is provided.
Heating, available from October 1 through April 30, is charged based on usage: €1.59 per cubic metre of gas. A security deposit for heating must be paid in cash: €150
Arrivals must take place by 7 p.m. Check-in is not possible after this time.
Upon request, a transfer service with a driver (by car or van) is available to take guests directly from the airport gate to the apartment.
