We loved this terraced cottage.

We loved this terraced cottage. It was very well equipped, with everything you could need for a fab holiday. The beds were really comfy and the sunny back yard was such a lovely place to be. Also, great access to both the coast and the beautiful lakes. Cockermouth has good coffee shops - and we had a lovely meal from Shill’s. Perhaps some coat hooks in the bathroom would be useful - there’s nowhere to put towels/ clothes as you step in/ out of the shower. Overall, a fantastic place to holiday.

What a find Holly Cottage was.

What a find Holly Cottage was. It was so inviting. Lovely, warm and very cosy. It’s quite a large lounge but didn’t even need to light the fire. Beds were so comfortable with quality bedding. Kitchen was well equipped all you could need including a dishwasher. Very close to the town centre. We were sad to leave. We will defiantly be back to stay 😃
