Very private location (no neighbors on either side!) but within walking distance to parks, restaurants, and more. Walking next to the lake was beautiful. Our dogs enjoyed the stay, and it was very cozy and comfortable for the humans too.

This was a wonderful cottage in the lake! We loved it! The restaurants are walkable for lunch and dinner but we found a restaurant at a campground for breakfast was so reasonable. The hosts were great gave us the information for arrival, had 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available, the dock was great my husband fished and caught a lot of fish (catch and release) relaxed. A perfect 4 days!

Stayed for two nights with family and our dog. Very quiet location. Cottage is right on the road but not much traffic in the evening or overnight. Many restaurants within walking distance. Can walk to the grocery store. Beds were comfortable. Outside propane fire pit was great in the evenings.Amazing sunrise across the lake. Lake is good for boating but not swimming. Was a great location for us.

Le chalet offre une vue spectaculaire sur le lac Champlain et offre des kayaks et des paddle boards (ceux-ci étaient beaucoup trop lourd pour être utilisés) donc on a profité seulement des kayaks. L'accès à l'eau est rempli de roches, ce qui rendait l'accès à l'eau assez difficile malgré sa proximité. Si j'avais voulu gonfler mon paddle board personnel, je l'aurais percé vu les roches partout, j'ai donc utilisé les kayaks seulement. Il y a énormément d'algues dès le moment où on pose notre pied dans l'eau, ce qui rendait la baignade potentielle pénible malgré la descente directe sur le lac. Le chalet était très petit, on était comme dans un 4 et demi, mais au moins, il était super propre. Il y avait vraiment toutes les commodités à l'intérieur, incluant gel douche, shampooing, crème pour le corps et tout ce qui est nécessaire pour faire à manger et assaisonner de façon basique, ce qui est très pratique si on veut se préparer à manger soi-même. Même du café avec le sucrier étaient offerts. Ces aspects, étaient très appréciés. Le chalet était beaucoup trop proche de la rue, on entendait tous les véhicules passer. Pas prudent pour les parents de jeunes enfants ou peu indiqué pour ceux qui veulent se ressourcer en paix. C'est bruyant. Mais il faut admettre que la vue sur le lac est incomparable. Pour cela, nous étions servis. Un foyer extérieur était fort agréable également. À recommander pour les amateurs de kayaks, mais munissez-vous de chaussures d'eau, les algues sont là.

Une semaine de repos

Petit chalet bien situé sur la rive du lac Champlain. Acces facile au lac gelé en hiver pour marcher et patiner. Un peu bruyant en raison du passage des camions (route principale). Belle semaine tranquille à observer les pêcheurs sur glace.

Beau séjour au bord du Lac

Tres bel endroit tres propre avec presque toutes les commodités. Pas de lave vaisselle, ni de laveuse/ secheuse. La qualité de l'eau du Lac Champlain n'est plus ce qu'elle était mais tout de même acceptable pour des activités de kayak ou paddleboard.

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas le midi et le soir parce que le wi-fi était surchargé et la pompe pour enlever l'eau dans le demi sous-sol faisait un bruit infernal donc pas tres agréable. Pour le reste tout était correct et le vue incroyable

Quand même dispendieux.. pas de laveuse sécheuse, buanderie 20 min de route. Donc à à apporter notre propre laveuse. On a apporter aussi notre machine à eau car pas eau potable. On a due tondre nous même le gazon en arrivant. Les objets qui ne fonctionnait pas l'année passer n'ont pas été remplacer. Super belle place. Les hôtes sont super gentils mais à ce prix là c'est beaucoup de travail quand tu veut juste relaxer.
