This is our 3rd stay at Ramblers Rest. It's still a comfortable, clean, warm place to stay. The on site leisure complex is "okay", fine if you fancy a short swim.It's handily located for walks in Langdale , as well as having easy access to Grasmere and Ambleside, although a car will be needed for restaurants in the evening.
