A great little hotel with loads of character.

Nice room which had a fabulous bathroom too. The whole hotel in classily decorated. Location is very useful for the harbour and all the restaurants there.

comfortable and relaxing

we stayed in apartment 10 it was comfortable clean and warm , beds were comfortable and ensuites excellent.There hwas enough kitchen equipment to make meals and then relax We loved the street,, Falstaff bookshop , the art studios, the Queen Charlotte pub so yes I would recommend We didn't see a lot of the staff but they were friendly and responsive What's not to like
