OUR UNIT AND COMPLEX REPRESENTS THE BEST VALUE IN THE DESTIN AREA

Our unique, angled, floor plan provides GULF views from all rooms. This is 'NOT' your typical shot-gun style floor plan. All rooms are angled/open with glass doors/windows from ceiling to floor. All rooms open to a huge 28-foot balcony overlooking pool and beautiful GULF. Our unit is very open, large, has 9' ceilings, great 18-inch tile floors. Unique features of this building include air-conditioned interior hallways and enclosed parking. Surfside Resort provides one of the area's most complete array of amenities.

The living room has a sleeper sofa to allow comfortable accommodations for 10.

Our fully-furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, fully stocked with dishes, even a crock pot. We have added many personal touches/items. Your every need has been anticipated. We also have washer/dryer and TV in the living room and bedrooms.

There is plenty of storage to get your bags and 'things' out of your way while you are relaxing. Full linens, towels, etc. are also provided. Please note: we don't provide beach towels.

We enjoyed our stay at Miramar Beach very much. The property was easy to get in and out of, easy access to pool and beach. Nice perk to have beach service. Very nice condo. We appreciated that the property manager responded immediately when I had a few questions about the condo and when we had a problem with the AC. She told me exactly how to solve the problem.

Perfect view and large condo

This condo was massive! Our family had plenty of space! The floor to ceiling windows and balcony views in this condo were amazing! We visited in October so crowds weren’t an issue for us. We enjoyed how the owner provides beach service it made it so much easier to transport our 3 toddlers to the beach. We will definitely book this unit again we enjoyed!

Had one little problem and it was solved with a pone call. The cleaning crew forgot to unlock the other room in our reservation. As soon as I called the property manager i was working with and they gave me the code to unlock the door. Then they called to make sure all was good and that I did not need anything else.

Description of condo matched what was written about it. Lots of room and great views. The complex is a little outdated but for location and customer experience it’s definitely worth the stay. Heated pool was great and the food at the condo was good. Access to the beach and beach bar added bonus. We had a great time!

This property is "as advertised." The views were fantastic. The condo has plenty of space. It has great access to the beach. The Royal Palm restaurant has incredible sushi. Major things we appreciated: - The view from the apartment is awesome. Lots of big, floor to ceiling windows towards the sea. They cover the horizon from E to NW. - Well appointed kitchen. All appliances were working fine. - Communications with the property manager were flawless. - Heated pool. Minor things we didn't appreciate that much: - Furnishings were a bit dated. Time for a refresh. - The sliding shower doors were not cleaned. Still had the droplet size water stains from the previous usage. The shower faucet handle wasn't attached, and would easily slide out. - Although there are different WiFi guest networks per apartment, the password is the same for all. Not a good setup. - The track plate for the door security chain was installed flipped the wrong way. Effectively useless. - The freezer handle on the refrigerator was installed flipped, upside down. Bugged me. - Management won't let us to lock our rented bikes in the garage. Only property owners are allowed.

From check in to check out everything was easy and quick. The staff was informative and kind. The location was perfect for us, overlooking the beautiful ocean!!!! Building is unsafe.

The building lacked smoke detectors. It has stairwells with doors without a handle to get out. If there is ever a fire, there will be many casualties.

This is inaccurate. There are smoke detectors throughout the condos and the fire escape stairwell has door knobs on all floors. In addition there is an intercom and alarm system that is operational throughout the building that allows the building managers to communicate via intercom into each individual condo with any information in the event of an emergency. There is even an exit stairwell access steps from the front door of this condo. Often when I am at the resort working I actually prefer to use the stairwell to the elevator to get extra exercise so I am very familiar with the open and very accessible stairs.

We enjoyed staying at Surf Side Condo's. Great views of the ocean, great access to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. The only downfall was that there was not enough luggage carts when everyone is checking in at 4 pm.
