Le logement est conforme aux photos. La terrasse n'est pas privative mais pour l'immeuble. Elle était fermée lors de notre séjour (grosse déception). La disponibilité et réactivité de la maintenance laissent vraiment à désirer - mieux vaut être un peu bricoleur en cas de besoin.
