Cute but homey

Our stay was ok. The vibe of the place is very homey, peaceful. Very tiny for Caucasian occupants. Walking distance from all means of transportation. Near the grocery except that it closes at 8pm. Near restaurants.

Great stay in Rome

If you're looking for a quiet stay in Rome, this is your stop. It sits in a quiet neighborhood outside of Rome. There are several grocery stores nearby and a great gelato shop up the street. There are a few local restaurants nearby and it is close too public transportation., although we chose to Uber. It also has a parking garage. The flat is small but has great amenities, including good AC.

A guide to local restaurants be helpful? Large supermarket around corner. Again, a guide to neighbourhood be good. Internet only worked in kitchen/lounge....not in bedroom. People in neighbourhood were lovely, friendly and helpful. An immersion in Italian living. A very tiny apartment.

Nice place, quiet building

Our family stayed here during our trip to Rome. It is small, but nice and clean. It's a little bit farther away from all of the main tourist attractions and city, but everyone that we spoke with in the neighborhood was very kind and helpful. The taxis weren't too expensive, so thats what we usually choose to get into the middle of town, the Colosseum, Vatican ect. There was abgreat pastry shop right down the street that we went to for breakfast/coffee every morning and an amazing Gelato store less than a block away as well.

It’s good if all you need is a bed to sleep at night.

The flat is really small, looks much bigger in the photos. The flat doesn’t have a kettle, the kitchen utensils like pans aren’t suitable for the kitchen stove, so you can’t properly cook. Haven’t seen a washing machine in the flat, but it’s mentioned in the description. The bedroom is separated from the bathroom by a wall, but you can hear very loadly how water is running through pipes when someone flushes the toilet, even can wake you up at night. The shower is super small and you can feel electricity stinging you when holding the shower head.

Nuestra anfitriona y supervisora del departamento Francesca se comunicó con nosotros con antelación. Fue siempre muy atenta y respondió nuestros mensajes con prontitud. El departamento es pequeño pero suficiente para nuestra familia de cuarto adultos. Está muy limpio y todo funciona. Algunas cosas que no son perfectas: Para estancias de varios días, la lavadora está dentro del departamento (muy bueno). Sólo que el secado es al sol y el espacio es muy reducido para los tendederos abatibles. No hay espátulas para cocinar (es departamento con cocina, entonces pienso que quienes reserven aquí, tienen pensado desayunar por lo menos). Termino diciendo que el que acondicionado es perfecto. Por menos en nuestra habitación (6). Oh, en estacionamiento es aparte. Volveríamos ahí

La cocina de inducción y los instrumentos no valen, no están preparados. Además es un impedimento, ya que uno de nosotros es celiaco y tenemos que cocinar si o si. No tiene microhondas. La cafetera no sirve.Está un poco alejado del centro, más de lo que indican. Por otro lado, el Check in muy cómodo y se estuvo agusto.
