The property was in a great location, lots of places to eat and drink. Amazing atmosphere, very lively and close to all the tourist spots. The host Silvia was great. She was nice, friendly and informative. I would definitely suggest this property if you want to explore Rome.

Cute place. Location in Monti was good except it’s at the top of a hill which required climbing lots of stairs to get to. Not for the less fit, physically challenged, strollers or disabled. There was a back way but it was more out of the way and all of the directions led you to the stairs route. Internet was sketchy, towels were old and worn and some pillows were stained. The owner was kind and responsive during our stay.

We loved staying in this historic apt. It was a very short walk to the Colosseum. Sylvia was a wonderful host who helped us check in and gave us great recommendations. We would def stay here again.

Overall great stay! Silvia was very kind and gave us a history of the building and area upon arrival. She also gave good recommendations for places to eat and visit, highly recommended getting a drink down at Black Market! While there was no AC in the room, we kept the door cracked and it was fine. Staying in Monti was perfect and offered a lot of great shops and easy access to the Colosseum!

Damp, moldy, musty, shower leaked, coffee pot didnt work, another family next to us had to leave because their children also had severve reactions to the mold in the walls. Location to the colosseum was great.

Very well located! Great restaurants and attractions near by. The apartment is very dark so different from the photo. This was not clean and smell humidity. The wifi did not work and the coffee machine neither… not very inviting to cook in this kitchen.

The location was excellent and deserves five stars. The host Silvia was also excellent and eager to make sure we were comfortable and always answered our request. The reason most of my review was only three stars is because the place just isn’t as “ shiny” as the pictures depict. It needs a good going over. We didn’t do any cooking because there wasn’t a lot to cook with. The coffee machine was unusable because we couldn’t get pods for it, however, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean, and that mattered most to us! We did enjoy our stay being so close to so many restaurants, shops and of course about 3 or 4 blocks from the Colosseum!!

Adorable loft apartment which was surprisingly quiet at night for how close it was to some large landmarks (Sta. Maria Maggiore, the Colosseum). Lots of cute bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, and Sylvia was great with coordinating meeting us when we arrived to get us checked in and settled.
