Great stay! Loft was super nice and spacious and the history of the building was really cool. Walkable to all the site seeing and so many restaurants! Host was so nice and helpful, very easy check in/out process. Also air conditioning was a huge plus! Would totally stay here again.

I was on a 5-day trip to Rome for work. The apartment was very convenient and close to everything. Silvia was an excellent host and was very responsive. Check-in was easy and the space was simple, but clean and well maintained. I would recommended the apartment and would look to stay there again when I return.

Sylvia is attentive and kind. She gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation. The apartment has A/C and is clean, spacious, safe and located in a convenient area for dinner, drinks and walking.

Silvia is the best host we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to have us stay.The apartment is in a beautiful part of the city and within easy walking distance of all the major sights you’ll want to see around Rome. The apartment itself was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, the AC worked great, and the bathroom had great water pressure.Silvia also recommended Trattoria Al Tettarello, the restaurant just around the corner from the apartment, and we’re so glad she did. The food was delicious, the prices were great, and the service was incredibly friendly.Our stay was absolutely wonderful. When we come back to Rome, we will definitely be staying with Silvia again. There is nowhere else in the city we would rather stay.

Loved the location, it gave us exactly what we wanted in a Rome experience. Felt very safe and lots of places close to grab a quick bite. We could walk to the coliseum and trivi fountain. Had issues checking in as I didn’t have a cell phone I could call so we waited over an hour, finally VRBO reached out and the landlords assistant came right away as he was minister but we didn’t have a way to let him know. He was supposed to give us a tour but really just opened the door and gave us the key and the wrong wifi information. We also didn’t have any hot water. The landlord graciously arranged for us to shower in another unit but that didn’t a damper on our trip. Could be a set of unlucky circumstances. We really did like the place allot just seemed like a number of things went wrong.

The property was in a great location, lots of places to eat and drink. Amazing atmosphere, very lively and close to all the tourist spots. The host Silvia was great. She was nice, friendly and informative. I would definitely suggest this property if you want to explore Rome.

We loved staying in this historic apt. It was a very short walk to the Colosseum. Sylvia was a wonderful host who helped us check in and gave us great recommendations. We would def stay here again.

Cute place. Location in Monti was good except it’s at the top of a hill which required climbing lots of stairs to get to. Not for the less fit, physically challenged, strollers or disabled. There was a back way but it was more out of the way and all of the directions led you to the stairs route. Internet was sketchy, towels were old and worn and some pillows were stained. The owner was kind and responsive during our stay.

Overall great stay! Silvia was very kind and gave us a history of the building and area upon arrival. She also gave good recommendations for places to eat and visit, highly recommended getting a drink down at Black Market! While there was no AC in the room, we kept the door cracked and it was fine. Staying in Monti was perfect and offered a lot of great shops and easy access to the Colosseum!

Damp, moldy, musty, shower leaked, coffee pot didnt work, another family next to us had to leave because their children also had severve reactions to the mold in the walls. Location to the colosseum was great.

Very well located! Great restaurants and attractions near by. The apartment is very dark so different from the photo. This was not clean and smell humidity. The wifi did not work and the coffee machine neither… not very inviting to cook in this kitchen.
