Zu wohnen ungeeignet
Die Luft war sehr feucht und roch stark nach Schimmel. An den Wänden konnte man den Schimmel sehen, vor allem da wo die Farbe sich von alleine absplitterte. Sogar die Möbel roch sehr stark nach Schimmel, wenn man die Schubladen öffnete. Der Kleiderschrank war mit Möbelstücke und Kisten vollgestellt, so das es kein Platz für die Kleidung gab. Das Leder von Sofa im Wohnzimmer splitterte ab und klebte überall. Die Küche ist sehr mangelhaft mit Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. ( nur 3 Gabeln, zum Teil verbogen, 4 Menümessern, davon 1 beschädigt, weder Schüssel, noch richtige Schneidemesser waren vorhanden, sowie größere Töpfe. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher und keine größeren Tassen, nur Espresso Tassen. Seitlich auf dem Küchenregal lag ein total verschimmelter Lappen. In den unteren Küchenschränken krochen ganz kleine Käfer. Überall in den Ecken waren Spinnennetze vorhanden, die Bettwäsche war bereits benützt. Die Stange am Bett war kaputt und hing seitlich runter. Der Wäschehänger war bei dem Treppeneingang total verschmutzt und musste erst gereinigt werden. Nach bereits zweiten Nützung der Waschmaschine ist der Abfluss übergeschwommen und es stank gewaltig, da komplettes Abwasser von der Wohnung in einen Abflussschacht führt. Der Wohnungsbesitzer versuchte uns weiß zu machen, dass wir Kosmetiktücher im Klo runtergespüllt hätten, dass die Pumpe blockiert hätte, was aber nicht der Fall war. Paar Tage dürften wir weder Duschen noch aufs Klo gehen.....

Trovo assurdo il commento. Stranamente lodore di muffa non si sentiva le 10 volte che sono andato e mai me ne hanno parlato.
Dovevano essere in 2 w sono arrivati in 5!!! Gli ho fatto recuperato loccorrente senza fare storie nonostante tutto...
Il problema alla fogna non dipendeva certo da me e comunque sono amdato venerdi,sabato e lunedì per vedere se fosse tornato tutto apposto..
La doccia l'hanno fatto nelle docce del residence per due giorni poi la situazione è tornata regolare...
Comunque lunica cisa da dire è che tristezza...persone false!
