Bright and elegant apartment, second floor of a historic building in a quiet street of the historical center, composed of a living room with double sofa bed, large kitchen and elegant double bedroom with double wardrobe for both men and women, air conditioning and flat screen TV, bathroom with shower. Its beautiful roof of exposed old beams and its subdivision of the rooms all with its own window make it very elegant and characteristic, to live a holiday with all the necessary comforts.

Very intimate and quiet, just 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from Piazza Civica; you arrive in a moment at the port and its wonderful white sandy beaches on the side "lido San Giovanni" (North). Instead, always on foot along the Dante (South) promenade there is a wonderful rocky cove equipped where you can admire the famous sunsets on Capo Caccia.

The house consists of three separate rooms all equipped with a window. A kitchen equipped with everything necessary to satisfy the most demanding people, a living room furnished with great taste that can accommodate two people in a comfortable sofa bed with 18 cm mattress. a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with window, very elegant with disengagement for the suitcases.
