Very Beautiful views from 2 porches. Most wonderful place we have stayed at since coming to pigeon forge for the past 15 years. Very clean and accommodating for a family of 5.
The cabin was exactly as described on the websit. Clean, beautiful inside and the view was outstanding. Easy yk find and easy to get to places withering in the mist of all the traffic of Spring Break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will delete it in mind on our next getaway.
The cabin had great views and was in a good location. The 5 bathrooms were more than awesome to have... and I loved that all 3 bedrooms had king beds. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary items and the grill seemed almost brand new! The hot tub and deck are showing significant age - the hot tub sits on an angle (almost like the whole deck is starting to slant) so if there was more than 2 people in it, water would just pour out the side. The dishwasher is also showing age as it's rusted and many of the separators are broken off from rust. While the house was clean on the surface, there was a lot of dust on light fixtures and on the floor under furniture... I know those areas don't need to be cleaned all the time, but it still needs to be kept up.Overall, a good stay in the area!

Hi Rachel!
I am glad you enjoyed are amazing views and the cabin’s spacious rooms! We pride ourselves on having a very clean cabin, so I will send your comments to our housekeepers. I wish you had let me know about any issues you had when you were there and first noticed them. I would have sent over our cleaning team to address any concerns. I will also have my maintenance team check the hot tub level. The deck is sturdy and true and has been inspected recently. Thank you for sharing your concerns, though again I wish you would have contacted me directly at the time so I could have rectified the situation. Have a great day!
Being able to see views of the mountains from several rooms are what makes this cabin so special, especially from the great room. I can’t count the number of times that someone would say “look at that view”!! Steve, the host, was easy to communicate with and he seemed genuinely interested in making sure our stay was comfortable. King beds in all three bedrooms is nice as well as each room having its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked making meal prep easy. The dishwasher however looks like it should be replaced because parts of the rack are missing or look rusty. One of the bathroom door handles needs replaced/repaired, but I think the owner is aware because there is a door stop to keep the door propped open. It was a slight inconvenience, so hopefully it will be fixed before the next guests arrive. The deck and hot tub are showing their age, but we enjoyed sitting in the rockers and looking at the awesome view, so peaceful and relaxing. The location is convenient to both the park and Pigeon Forge. We had our dog with us and taking her for a daily walk was not a problem, mountains and all lol

Hi Jill!
Thank you for staying with us and for your information! I am so glad you enjoyed your stay.
The house was spacious, clean and pleasantly decorated. It felt like a home away from home and the views were fantastic. My family really enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet, peaceful area but not far from Dollywood and other attractions.
A comfortable and cozy cabin with very good views of the Smoky Mountains from the back porch. The host is gracious and responsive, and the location is very convenient to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the mountains.
Some of the toilets didn't work but it was still excellent we enjoyed ever minute of or stay

Thank you for the 5 star review!
We at Cub House pride ourselves in making your stay in the Smokys amazing.
Also, thank you for the feedback about the toilets. I did not hear from you during your stay about any issues or I would have handled them immediately.
Update: since I hadn’t heard about any toilet problems from my cleaning staff or the current renter I called and spoke with you just now. It was nice to hear you speak so highly of the cabin and also to find out that the issues were minor and handled with no future problems! A quick plunge after a bit too much paper and adjusting the chain on the flusher. I am glad everything worked great after that!
Even with minor problems if you let us know during your stay, we will quickly handle the situation for you.
Thanks again for the 5 star review and for staying at Cub House!
Cabin was perfect! It was secluded from all of the hustle and bustle, but provided a large area for all of us to hang out. The porch was perfect for a rainy night
The house was perfect for a family vacation for everyone to congregate. The views were amazing and so relaxing. Conveniently located but still private. We had a few issues but they were taken care of right away. My grandkids loved the large tubs! Would definitely recommend.
Great location, Great house great host and very clean. The only negative I would give is if you’re traveling with dogs there’s not a lot of yard for them but other than that, I would definitely come back and stay at this place again.
The Cub was amazing! Highly recommend! Beautiful view and a beautiful cabin. Pictures don’t do it justice. Only a short drive from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Absolutely delightful stay at Cub House. The property is clean and will maintained. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of space for all to enjoy this beautiful place. There is not a bad view in the house. Our family was in need of mountain air and nature and this did not disappoint.
