The place was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was very helpful. We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer and a coffee maker. We enjoyed the balcony and being able to use the elevator and being close to public transportation definitely would stay again!

The apartment is in a good location for getting all around Barcelona. It is well equipped, well maintained and comfortable. Communication with Mark the host/manager was excellent. Mark was easy to communicate with and helped us out by letting other members of our party in when they arrived on a different flight while we were out sightseeing. House had good space to spread out, AC in every room was great. Would recommend and stay here again.

This was our first trip to Barcelona, we were fairly close to Plaza Cataluña so the apartment is fairly centric. We had everything we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer is always so useful. We would highly recommend this place!

Overall great experience place looks like the pictures. Good location only slight problem with the dryer but I’m sure that will be fixed and the renter said he’ll fix it. Solid stay overall.

Mark and Carlos were great, with answering questions on luggage storage and what to expect and recommending local sights. The apartment was quite clean and comfortable. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and it's an easy walk to Sant Antoni market. Las Ramblas is about 1/2 hour walk. Nice and clean.

Overall the stay was perfect. It’s as advertised. The only note is the beds are very firm and we couldn’t get the dryer to dry well. I would stay here again thou. The owner was very nice and friendly.
