The apartment is very bright and furnished with a contemporary design style. It is located on the first floor (with lift) of a historic building in one of the most traditional and residential districts of the city. The Rialto Bridge is only a 15 minute walk and St. Mark's Square no more than 30 min. on foot

Great Place to Stay

I selected this home because it is close to the train station. It turned out we didn't need to use the train. However we were close to everything we wanted to see and do and the area was perfect. We loved the apartment and found it comfortable and quiet. Thanks for keeping a great place!

We are a Venetian couple who for several years have loved meeting people from all over the world and making Venice and its most beautiful and characteristic aspects known.
If you want we would like to spend some time with you to tell you about the city and maybe give you some advice on things to see, the most hidden places and maybe some nice restaurants where you can taste the traditional Venetian cuisine.

Why they chose this property

Casa Anna immediately fascinates with the brightness of the rooms and the spectacular terrace overlooking the Rio Marin Canal.
It is a privileged position for those who want to have a convenient base at the railway station and the parking lots in Piazzale Roma.
At the same time it offers the convenience of being able to reach all the tourist attractions in a short time.
The area also offers several restaurants and bars where you can enjoy Venetian cuisine and convenient shops for daily needs
