Enjoy front views of Lake Austin, backs onto the Balcones Canyonland Preserve and is a 2 minute walk from Austin's best hiking trail, soccer fields, tennis courts. 5 incredibly spacious bedrooms, 6100 sq ft of room to relax in comfort. Magnificent outdoor entertaining/TV/pool/ Hot tub area. Full house audio/intercom system that can run off apple media. Gated entry.

This home is is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), family reunions and girls trips!!

To experience the best stay for your group or family please review the rules of this property to ensure this is the best rental for you.

* quiet hours 10pm - 8am, noise should not disturb neighbors. No outdoor music after 10pm.
* no street parking, all vehicles must park in gated courtyard. 3-4 vehicles only.
* no other guest allowed on the property unless arranged with host prior.
* no party or events allowed
* no smoking allowed indoors or outdoors on the property.
* extra fee to heat the pool arranged prior to your stay.

Bedroom 1- King Bed with private bath (downstairs) also has a twin bed.
