Other highlights
Hi, here are some tips that may answer your questions:
1. The apartment is a 5-minute walk (350 metres) from Passy Metro Station, Line 6
2. Nearby attractions within walking distance?
The Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower are 550 metres away, as are all the museums in this area, such as the Museum of Man, the Fashion Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, the large aquarium in Paris, the National Navy Museum, and the Monet Museum, among others. You’re in the cultural heart of the city!!!
3. Supermarkets and cafes nearby?
A 3-minute walk away is the INNO store in the Passy Plaza shopping centre, and “rue de l’Annonciation,” one of Paris’s most typical streets, with charming cafes and a marketplace offering fruits, fish, meats, and everything you could want in a traditional, rustic setting.
4. Airport? It depends—if you’re coming from Roissy Charles de Gaulle, it’s roughly €60 each way; if from Orly, about €30. This all depends on traffic. But don’t worry—all taxis use metres.
5. Who cleans the apartment? If you’d like someone to clean daily, there’s an additional cost of 20 € per hour.
6. Is it safe on the streets? Can you walk at night? The 16th arrondissement of Paris, and Rue de Passy in particular, is one of the quietest streets, as it’s a very popular shopping area. It’s also one of the most chic areas in the city.
7. How do you hand over the keys to us? On the day of arrival, someone will be waiting for you, show you around, and hand you the apartment keys along with an inventory. You must sign and agree to its contents.
8. What about hot water? The gas water heater is in perfect working order and comes with 24-hour service in case of problems.
Sincerely,
Rosario
