Beautiful Haussmanian apartment of 5 rooms with moldings and parquet. Large double living room. double glazed windows. Large kitchen very well equipped. 3 large bedrooms, one on courtyard. Comfortable and cozy close to Rue Cler, a lively pedestrian street. This spacious and beautifully decorated apartment is very well located in one of the most residential areas of the Capital. Near the docks, the Invalides, the Grand Palais, the musée du quai Branly and the Champs de Mars, you can enjoy all the attractions of Parisian life. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator.

Perfect apartment in Paris

Beautiful apartment in great location.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Very convenient location which allowed us to walk everywhere. The apartment was very roomy and was perfect for 6 people. However, the bus stop is so close and easy to navigate as well.

The apartment had the perfect location for us near metro stations and the Eiffel Tower Plenty of restaurants close 6 people teens to seniors 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths Full kitchen washer and dryer (you have to empty the dryer water trap when full) never used one before-great for us to wash clothes for another week Very spacious

Beautiful, large house in great area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and look forward to returning whenever we visit Paris. Truly a different experience to accommodate in a "real" Parisian home rather than a hotel. Large, clean, beautiful - the photos do not do justice to the home.

Great apartment and location

We had a great stay in Valerie's apartment. The apartment was comfortable and has lots of character. It is in a nice building with good supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants all nearby. It was an excellent base for a long weekend exploring Paris. Valerie was a very good host, responding quickly and helpfully to all of our communications. We would definitely come and stay here again.

Paris Olympiad

Terrific access to Metro and Trains. 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries. Comfortable beds and chairs. Fully functional dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator. Large windows throughout that can be opened easily. Host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Lovely location and spacious apartment

Really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was nice to have so much room to spread out. The location is convenient to two metro stops and several bus lines. There are also many good cafes, grocery stores, even a Starbucks within walking distance. The elevator was great for my elderly mother in law. Quiet at night. Good heat (it was cold at night). Kitchen fully stocked with all utensils needed. Washer and dishwasher were a nice plus. Would stay again.

Wonderful Stay!!!

The apartment was in a great location and much larger than we expected. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. My 15 year old LOVED the piano in the house and would play it whenever we were home. We were able to easily walk to the Eiffel tower. We also walked to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay. Unfortunately, the elevator wasn’t working when we arrived, but was repaired by the time we left. We ran into another problem during our stay, but Marisa went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay and that we had everything that we needed. Both Marisa and Valerie were very responsive. Next time we’re in Paris we will stay here again.

Location, Beauty, History, Space, Beautiful

All just a few words to summarize this place!!! Amazing location just off a main way with a pharmacy, grocery store, bars, restaurants, close to hop on hop off bus stops, and even the Eiffel Tower is nearby. Such history in this beautiful place with plenty of room for 6 adults. It has what looks like a renovated bathroom with tub/shower as well as an additional toilet. Had everything you could need in the kitchen. The windows are very sound proof! It can get a bit loud from passerbys and as soon as you shut the windows you can’t hear a thing! Then on top of a great location, beautiful place, plenty of room, cool history and styling you can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the windows!!! My family who joined us was so blown away and the place even impressed my French husband! Hahaha Check out Le Campanella down the street. The food was really good and was super easy since it was so close by. Also, dealing with all the people for the place were easy and quick to respond! Enjoy!

Spacious Paris apartment in ideal location

The apartment was perfect for my family of four. It's an ideal location in Paris with plenty of space for a family of four with 2 teenagers who prefer their own rooms.

Beautiful stay!!!

We had three couples in this apartment and it was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice. You won’t regret booking this unit I hope to visit again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

A beautiful apartment

A lovely apartment close to the Eiffel tower and a charming market street. Unfortunately during our stay there were very noisy neighbours above us who created a lot of noise throughout our 5 night stay, and renovations below us which involved hammering and drilling. However I believe this was just circumstances. The property owner was very helpful to me, I had a dental emergency and she booked me in with a specialist and was very attentive. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious Apartment in a Great Location

Great family vacation

We had a great time - the apartment was even bigger and more beautiful than we expected. Plenty of room for six people. It is right in the middle of the 7th, around the corner from Rue Cler and many good bistros, and just a short walk to the river and Eiffel Tower (which you can see from the front windows). Really delightful stay

Our group of 6 really enjoyed the apartment and the more we got to know the neighbourhood, the more we enjoyed it. The apartment is tasteful and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood is really pleasant, with minimal tourist traffic. The shops, boulangeries etc seem mainly to cater to the local residents. It’s a very welcoming place to come back to after the inevitable crowds elsewhere.

Beautiful home in a great location

This beautiful apartment makes you feel like you are staying in a good friend’s home. It has interesting and lovely decor along with a large living room and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. We loved the windows in all the rooms. The location is perfect and does not feel touristy, even though you can peek out the French doors and see the Eiffel Tower. The nearby Rue Cler Market is fun as well as nice restaurants down the street. Our family of 5 loved every minute of our stay and thank Valerie for sharing her home.

Amazing family sized apartment in Paris

The apartment is in a fantastic location with shops and bistros on its doorstep and a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and MRT. Three big bedrooms and stunning French chic decor.
