Our unit is not part of a 2 bedroom or lock-off! Read listings carefully. The Maui Banyan is located in a hotel zone, close to Wailea! You will love our beautifully renovated and decorated 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Unit is located in the H building, on the quiet side of the building, close to the beach but away from the noise of Kihei Road. There is a king size bed in the bedroom. Brand new sofa (not a sofa bed) in living area. Floor plan is open with French pocket door separating the living area and bedroom. We have a 55 inch curved TV in the living room and a smaller flat screen in the bedroom. All appliances are updated with a quiet, efficient Mitsubishi split AC system. Tile floors throughout, granite counter tops and bamboo cabinets.
Views of the ocean from our expanded lanai and views of Mt.Haleakala.
Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets! There are 2 pools, jet spas and BBQ areas on the property! Tennis court and free parking!
****During Peak season please contact me with your dates before booking, so I do not have un-rentable gaps on my calendar. Thank you for understanding. Send me a message and I’ll do my best to accommodate your dates. The unit does not have a sofa bed. 2 guests maximum.
A starter pack containing 2 rolls TP, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, small sponge, bar of soap and conditioning shampoo will be provided.

Maui Banyan is ideally located right across the street from beautiful Maui beaches. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Just a 5 minute drive to the Shops of Wailea, with world class shops and restaurants and golf!

Our condo is well-maintained and updated with a split AC system. Just steps from the beach!
