Maui Banyan F-103 Stunning 2 Bedroom Condo With AC

**Please note: This is a ground floor unit, although there are stairs down from the parking lot and another set of stairs down to the ground floor hallway.

Everything in the unit has been upgraded! Floors, newly built walk-in showers in both bathrooms, new bathroom vanities/counters/faucets, brand new kitchenette in second bedroom, brand new kitchen in main living area with new cabinets/counters and all new appliances. Brand new washer and dryer with new split AC system in living room and second bedroom. New ceiling fans, new paint, lights and all completely new furniture in the entire unit, along with new lanai furniture!

This ground floor unit has a patio spanning the entire unit with access from both bedrooms and the living room. You can walk out your lanai and on to the grassy courtyard next to our unit, which includes a picnic table and Weber gas grill. (still a set of stairs down from parking lot, so not ADA friendly)

This is located in the F building, which is closest to the street and only feet from the amazing Kamaole Beach II (which has a lifeguard as well). This condo is walking distance to many shops, cafe's and restaurants.

You will not be disappointed in booking this brand new, completely renovated unit!

The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui.

We offer a beautiful 2-bedroom garden view room. There are large flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedrooms! The living room and second bedroom have a brand new Split AC system.

Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts, and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.

Main bath - can be accessed from master bedroom or from kitchen. It has a brand newly built walk-in shower with toilet. The bathroom vanity is brand new also 2021 and separated from shower & toilet by a pocket door.

Studio side bath - brand newly built walk-in shower with toilet, along with new bathroom vanity separated from shower & toilet by pocket door.

Outstanding and a quick walk to the beach

This property was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed all the amenities it had and enjoyed the fact that it had beach chairs and umbrellas we could take with us every day. Also the owners Dawn and Sean were great hosts that gave us endless ideas for dinners and things to do around the area. We would definitely stay there again!

Arrived to a very nice little "welcome basket" and a very beautifully decorated condo. The location is great, super short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and other amenities too. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Gorgeous Condo

We loved our stay at Dawn’s place:) The unit was super clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was fantastic and the welcome treats were very appreciated, especially the coffee:). Great location close to Kam 2 with close promote to south Kihei road. We have been to Maui many times and enjoy the entirety of the island and the ground level was great for all our surf gear.

Beautiful place next the the beach

This place was exactly what we needed. Beautifully updated home with gorgeous finishes, Excellent amenities, and right next to the beach. My family and I enjoyed this place so much. We enjoyed the bbq, the pool, and best of all the daily beach trips. They even had some beach chairs a boogie boards that we put to good use. Thankful to have found such a great place with fantastic owners. It made for an excellent place to call home while on such an excellent vacation.

Wonderful location, tasteful remodel, equipped with everything you need and then some. The kitchen setup is better than mine at home, making meal prep fun and easy. Never needed host support but the few times we messaged they were responsive. Parking was easy and ample.

My family of four, including two teenage boys, really enjoyed our stay. Dawn was very responsive and helpful, even emailing recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores and snorkeling spots that helped us plan. Great condo with recent remodel

We enjoyed this condo. Recently remodeled and the decor was very nice. Close proximity to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were great. Owners were responsive to requests. Although this is a ground unit, we were surprised that there were a number of stairs in order to get in the front door.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! We have stayed in 6 different condos on Kihei now and this has been our favorite one, hands down. They thought of every little detail to truly make it a home-away-from-home- sharp knives, plenty of cutting boards, enough coffee cups, comfortable furniture, simple, but beautiful decorations, enough blankets, and AC!! Being on the ground floor was amazing too! My kids could be in the grass, right out front, lizard hunting and I didn’t have to worry about them! I will definitely be booking here again💗

Maui condo review

This property was great, plenty of room for 6 adults. In a good location with a quick 2 minute walk to the beach with chairs, towels and boogie boards provided. Condo was clean with anything you could possibly need. Facility pools, hot tubs, and grills clean. An easy walk to shops/restaurants in town and quick drive to just about anywhere else. Dawn was very helpful with recommendations and responding to any questions that arose, very easy to work with. We will return to Hawaii and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice condo in Kihei

Condo was as described. Updated and clean. Fully equipped with everything you need. Digital check in was easy and nice to not have to worry about carrying around a key. Great water pressure as well! Property is close walk to the beach and some restaurants. Did not use the pool. Parking on property is tight with a mini van. Grounds were nice and felt safe.

Perfect Getaway

My family + I recently spent a week vacationing at this rental and it was perfect! We were the first official guests since they renovated it. The rental is beautifully designed and they have everything you need, including beach chairs and boogie boards. The best part is it is a two minute walk to the beach! Then if you want to catch a bite to eat or purchase some souvenirs you can walk down the road and enjoy exploring Kihei! The hosts are super available to answer any questions and are very very very kind. I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed vacationing here and how many perks this rental house has! Just book it, you won't regret it!

Nice renovated condo steps from the beach

Dawn was a great host - she was quick to respond and helpful answering our questions and requests. Location is excellent! 2 min walk to Kamaole beach, this unit was very convenient for our family. Nicely renovated, comfortable beds, nice chairs and supplies for the beach. Despite being close to the road we didn't find it noisy at all. Groundfloor unit is super convenient but the patio wasn't great for entertaining/socializing, very dark. Bedroom configuration isn't the best for kids if they go to sleep early, but for older kids/adults it is fine. Nice kitchen with plenty of equipment but you will need to buy lots of cooking supplies. Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend if you are specifically looking to stay at the Maui Banyan

Unbeatable location, comfortable and clean

This unit has everything. It is directly across from a beautiful beach with lifeguard... I hadn't appreciated the value of not having to drive to the beach before staying here. Chairs, umbrellas, towels are provided making everything easy. This unit is also 2 min from the pool... close enough to make it easy but no pool noise. The beds are new and very comfortable, room darkening shades make sleeping easy. The Kihei location gave us easy walk/drive access to great nearby restaurants and then Wailea is 5-10 min drive for more great options. We didn't cook but kitchen seemed well-stocked. There is some outdoor seating space (no real view) but we had no time to sit there. Communication with owners is easy and check in/out is simple. If you don't want to stay at a resort, this unit is perfect in every way and we can't wait to return.

Gem of a property!

Kihei is centrally located so that you can drive north to Lahaina and south to Wailea. Unit is in private and quiet location on ground-level which is best location in entire condo complex. The grill was being professionally cleaned the next morning after we used it and is a mere steps from the condo. The beds were more comfortable than mine at home. You can walk right across the street and make use of courtesy beach towels, chairs, shade umbrella and cooler at a beach with beautiful sunsets. The appliances at this place were so top-notch that my partner made a comment that she had never seen me enjoy doing laundry so much. And the dishwasher was so quiet you couldn't tell it was running. I will be back again 100%! HIGHLY recommend this place. But please don't rent it too often so it will be available for me to return. : )
