TIna was extremely helpful, providing excellent information to enjoy our stay and to respect the gated community expectations. The house and yard are huge, all photos accurately reflect the home. The master bedroom with fireplace and bath are a private suite at the one end of the home, with 3 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom at the other end. There is a large powder room located conveniently in the centre of the home. Every evening we either enjoyed the living room fireplace or patio fire pit. The location is fantastic in a desert landscape and just around the corner from Groceries, Pharmacy, Target, an outstanding Anytime Fitness and a few restaurants. Cave Creek is nearby too. We have already booked next year!

This is a spacious, clean, well maintained home in a quiet, gated community. The pool and yard are lovely with ample seating and total privacy. The well-stocked kitchen is large and very usable. The only drawbacks are that the wifi is spotty, especially in the master bedroom, and the garbage needs to be put out the morning of pick-up before 6:00 AM (it may be that way everywhere in Scottsdale.)
