- A remote is provided for the garage
- Spa Heat: The spa heat is included in the rental
- Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional $150 - $195 (depending on season) per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days.
- The pool is not fenced so please be mindful of children
- Please inquire if a pool safety fence is desired
- No overnight street parking is permitted
- One full propane tank is provided for the gas fireplace and additional refill can be purchased
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use
- Please be aware that rattlesnakes and other wildlife may inhabit this area, and it is important to stay aware of your surroundings

- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided.
- Pets: Subject to approval before booking. $100 per pet fee and $300 pet deposit. Undisclosed pets are subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- No smoking allowed. Subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the neighboring properties’ peace and enjoyment are prohibited and may result in eviction without refund and fines up to $5,000. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- The card holder on the payment card used for the reservation must match the main booking guest on the Rental Agreement.

Luxekey Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days prior to arrival date: 100% Refund
- 14-29 days prior to arrival date: 50% Refund
- 14 days or less prior to arrival date: No Refund, minus cleaning fee if applicable
